Objectives:In diagnosis of Polycystic ovary syndrome (Polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS) in Patients with serum adipokine vaspin, Apelin, the expression level of leptin, PCOS and non PCOS patients with three kinds of adipokines expression comparison and analysis three kinds of adipokines and insulin resistance (IR), sex hormone, blood glucose, lipids between correlation. To explore the role of adipokines in the pathogenesis of PCOS, and provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Methods:According to the 2003 Rotterdam diagnostic criteria of PCOS Patients 40, randomly selected healthy women and (or) 30 caused by male factors and (or) pure female from the fallopian tube factors infertility patients as control group. All selected candidates were measured in height, weight, and calculate body mass index (BMI), the body mass index (BMI), waist circumference and hip circumference were measured to calculate waist hip than (waist hip retio and WHR. According to BMI greater than or equal to 25 kg/square meters, will be the two groups divided into non obese and overweight, overweight PCOS patients and according to 25 kg/square meters<BMI is less than or equal to 3/square meters, BMI is more than30 square meters divided for overweigt and obese group. All objects in the period for 2-5 days (amenorrhea at any time) fasting, detection of insulin (INS), fasting blood glucose (FBG), oral glucose tolerance test (oral glucose tolerance test OGTT) to calculate the insulin resistance index (homeostasis model assessment, HOMA-IR); TC (serum total cholesterol (total cholesterol), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein (liPoProtein HDL), low density liPoProtein cholesterol (low-density liPoProtein, LDL); detection of follicle stimulating hormones (follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (luteinizing hormone (LH) Estrogen (E), Progesterone (Progestin, P), testosterone (T), Prolactin (PRL); by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA) for the detection of selected APelin, vasPin, lePtin level.Results:Three fat factor vaspin, apelin, serum levels of leptin, PCOS group is significantly higher than control group (P< 0.05); Blood lipid in PCOS is higher than the control group, TG, LDL in serum level was statistically difference (P< 0.05); PCOS group is significantly higher than the control group, serum levels of LH, T, serum FSH, E2 levels in PCOS group, significantly lower than the control group was statistically difference (P< 0.05); Serum levels of FBG,2 HPG, INS, HOMA IR level obviously is higher than the control group (P< 0.05); WHR PCOS patients higher than the control group (P< 0.05) 2. Non-obese PCOS patients with obesity than in the control group, serum levels of apelin, vaspin, leptin, LH, T, HDL and LDL, FBG, INS, HOMA IR, OGTT level, the former is higher than the latter, there are statistically significant (P< 0.05), serum FSH, E2 level non-obese PCOS patients is lower than the non-obese group, with statistical difference (P< 0.05); Obese PCOS patients serum apelin, vaspin, leptin, LH, T, TG, HDL, LDL and INS, HOMA IR, OGTT level higher than that of patients with obese control group, with statistical difference (P< 0.05).3. PCOS patients between different body mass index of serum apelin, vaspin, leptin, T, TG, LDL, FBG, INS, HOMA-IR level exists significant differences, and with the increase of BMI, its expression level also will increase serum (P< 0.05).4. The serum leptin level and BMI, WHR, TG, LDL, INS, HOMA IR, vaspin were positively correlated, and negatively correlated with HDL; Serum levels of apelin and BMI, INS, HOMA-IR, leptin were positively correlated; Serum vaspin and BMI, WHR, TG, INS, HOMA IR were positively correlated.Conclusions:Whether PCOS patients with obesity, there were IR, phenomenon of abnormal expression of glucose and lipid metabolism and sex hormone metabolism and fat factor; abnormal expression of abnormal metabolism in PCOS patients and fat factor and the severity of patients with BMI increase certain correlation; three kinds of fat in PCOS patients because of the child with BMI, IR, and the leptin and BMI, WHR and lipid metabolism have significant correlation, Apelin and BMI ins have significant correlation, vaspin and WHR, INS has significant correlation, and three kinds of adipokines were and sex hormone no correlation.
