Developing the features and advantages of TCM, on the basis of the previous research, observation the flavored two miao particles on CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ after surgical treatment with the HR-HPV continuous positive clinical effect.[Research method]Choose the 60 patients who the age range from 18 to 55, in March 2015 to March 2016 see a doctor in jiangsu province hospital outpatient of department of gynaecology of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ after surgical treatment with HPV continuous positive. Based on order of the order to the patient, divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, blank control group, two groups of 30 cases each. According to disease progression, and the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and summarize the clinical experience of the mentor, set of oral Chinese medicine for 3 months is a period of treatment, totally in treatment 2 course of treatment. Observation indexes including HPV, clinical symptoms and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. Fill out the form, input data to Excel spreadsheet, using SPSS 17.0 software systems dealing with data analysis.finally, objective evaluation of clinical curative effect.[Research results]1. Before the treatment, There is no difference between the symptom score and the age of two groups, the two groups is comparable.2. After the first course of treatment,13 cases of the oral Chinese medicine group HPV is negative,7 cases of the blank control group HPV is negative. after the second course,28 cases of the oral Chinese medicine group HPV is negative,20 cases of the blank control group HPV is negative. The Chinese traditional medicine group total negative rate of HPV is 93.33%, control group is 66.67%. so the negative rate of treatment group is higher than the control group, the results is statistically significant.3. The clinical symptoms and TCM symptom integrals of the treatment group and control group all decreased after the first treatment course and the second courses of treatment. After the first treatment course, the symptoms integral comparison between the two groups has no statistically significant difference (P=0.085> 0.01), after the second treatment course, the symptoms integral comparison between the two groups has remarkable statistically significant difference (P=0.001<0.05). The result shows that two period of treatment curative effects is superior to use a period of treatment. The first and the second period of treatment of the treatment group effective rate respectively is 90.00%、90.00%;the control group is 63.33%、70.00%. The differences comparative results of two groups are statistically significant (p=0.044< 0.05, p=0.021< 0.05).[Conclusion]Affirmed the clinical curative effect of the flavored two miao particles on the treatment of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ after surgical treatment with HPV continuous positive patients, whose type is downward flow of damp-heat. According to the course to take flavored two miao particles can improve the HPV virus clearance of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ patients after surgical treatment and prevent disease progression effectively. Besides, the medicine can improve the patients clinical symptoms, It is safe and reliable, is worth popularizing in clinic.
