The Clinical Research On The Intervention Of Gut Barrier In Acute Pancreatitis With YI-YI Decoction

Objective:To study the efficiency and the action elements of YI-YI Decoction in protect-ing gut barrier in the condition of the acute pancreatitis from the theory and clinic.Methods:16 patients with acute pancreatitis since May 2015 to March 2016 affiliated h-ospital treatment.Were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The i-ntervention group was treated with routine western medicine united YI-YI Decoction en-ema,while the control group just with routine western medicine.To observe the relief tim-e of symptoms, the white-blood(cell)-count (WBC), C-reactive protein(CRP), serum-amylase (AMY), nary-amylase, t-umor necrosis factor (TNF-a), interleukin-6 (IL-6), L-actulose/ Mannitol (L/M), Glut-amine(Gln) of two groups.Result:In intervention group,the relief time of some symptoms was shorter(P<0.05);the white-blood(cell)-count,C-reactive protein,serum-amylase were all obviously decreased co-mpared with control group(P<0.05),while there was no difference between two groups in urinary-amylase,tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-6(P>0.05);L-actulose/Mannitol in c-ontrol group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01);Glut-amine in intervention gr-oup was higher than that in intervention group(P<0.01).Conclusion:These results suggest that promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasi-s is very effective in the treatment of AP.Enema with YI-YI Decoction is useful in sy-mptom relief,anti-infection,decease the reaction of the inflammation and bacterial translo-cation,and alsoin some way,it builds the ability of intestinal mucosa to go against wit-h AP and protects it from getting even worse.Its effect on the intestinal tract through t-he enema way through intestinal absorption,have efficacy significant.Traditional Chinese medicine can be administered multiple ways,effective,inexpensive and reliable,with a stro-ng practical and clinical application,should be widely applied.
