Objective:To observation the Clinical efficacy and safety of new diagnostic Yin Heat type 2 diabetes patients who were used the Ziyinqingre TherapyMethods:With the guidance of a randomized controlled method, this study Included 60 patients who meet the standards, all these patients were randomly divided into two groups-observation and the control group. Observation group was treated with metformin hydrochloride and Qing Zi decoction, the control group only taking metformin, the course of treatment it’s the same, all 12 weeks. No significant adverse reactions were found before and after treatment.Conclusion:Ziyinqingre Treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with a deficiency Heat type have a exact effect, can significantly reduce the symptom score,and blood sugar, regulate blood lipids.
