Senile Unstable Angina Syndrome Factor And Yixinshu Capsule Treatment Of Senile Unstable Angina Clinical Effects

Objective:Discussing the "Senile unstable angina syndrome factor and Yixinshu capsule treatment of senile unstable angina clinical effects." Use syndrome factor differentiation to discuss the syndrome factor characteristic, provide reference for standardization of Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:This 86 patients who meet with the criterion of this study are divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 44 cases, control group 42 case, the control group gives the western medicine standardized treatment; On the basis of the standardized treatment of western medicine treatment group take Yixinshu capsule,3 tablets/ time,3 times/day,treatment is 2 weeks, to observe the angina symptoms,the improvement of TCM syndrome, the improvement of the electrocardiogram (ECG), Nitroglycerin tablets,Suxiaojiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills stopped or decreased percentage and syndrome factor analysis.Results:1. Angina pectoris curative effect:treatment group total effective rate was 84.0%, control group total effective rate was 76.1%, there was no statistically significant difference (p> 0.05).2. The ECG curative effect:the treatment group ECG improvement rate was 54.5%, control group ECG improvement rate was 47.6%, there was no statistical difference (p> 0.05).3. Nitroglycerin and anti-angina pectoris medicine stopped or decreased percentage:the treatment group was 72.7%, the control group was 66.6%, there was no statistically significant difference (p> 0.05).4. TCM syndromes curative effect:treatment group total effective rate was 86.3%, total effective rate was 66.6% in the control group, the differences have significance difference (p< 0.05).5. Syndrome factor analysis results:In clinical diagnosis,89% is conforms with normative syndrome name, contribution of single factor:the heart syndrome factor> Qi deficiency syndrome factor> Yin deficiency syndrome factor, The frequency and the contribution of symptoms dialectical element symptoms which is in line with the distribution of senile unstable angina(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome) in patients with clinical manifestations.Conclusion:1.Routine western medicine treatment combine with Yixinshu capsule treatment, in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina, angina pectoris curative effect, ECG changes, Nitroglycerin tablets,Suxiao Jiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills stopped or decreased percentage, adverse reaction are no difference between the conventional western medicine treatment.2.The routine western medicine treatment combine with Yixinshu capsule treatment, traditional Chinese medicine is superior to conventional western medicine therapy.3.In senile unstable angina (qi and Yin deficiency syndrome) of symptom and clinical observation,syndrome factor analysis provides reference results.
