| Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of GeLanXinNing soft capsule in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,phlegm and stasis mutual obstruction syndrome of coronary heart disease and its influence on serum nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET-1).Explore its mechanism of action.Material and method:Subjects in this study were selected from 160 patients with unstable angina pectoris of phlegm and stasis mutual obstruction syndrome who met the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in the study.According to the principle of random control,subjects were divided into experimental group(treatment group)and control group,with 80 cases each.The control group received modern standardized treatment of western medicine,and the experimental group received additional administration of GeLanXinNing soft capsule,with a course of treatment of 35 days.According to the CRF table record angina symptoms,the two groups before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,analyze the curative effect of angina symptoms and syndromes.Application of immune enzyme-linked adsorption method for determining the content of serum NO and ET-1,and comparative analysis.Results:1.Efficacy of angina symptoms: after the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 97.47%and 93.59%,respectively,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the efficacy of angina symptoms was statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).2.In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was superior to the control group after treatment,and the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.20% and 89.74%,respectively,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).3.NO level: after treatment,NO level of patients in both groups increased,and the increase degree in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).4.ET-1 level: after treatment,ET-1 level in both groups decreased,and the reduction degree in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).5.Safety comparison: no serious adverse reactions related to drugs occurred in either group.Conclusion:1.GeLanXinNing soft capsule can significantly improve clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.2.The mechanism of action of Gelan Xinning Soft Capsule in patients with unstable angina pectoris of hlegm and stasis mutual obstructionmay syndrome be related to up-regulation of NO and decreased expression of ET-1.3.GeLanXinNing soft capsule has significant curative effect on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with the syndrome of hlegm and stasis mutual obstruction,and has good safety and patient compliance,providing a reference for the rehabilitation treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis interaction. |
