Objective:Designing femoral neck fracture quantitative score form, and a retrospective analysis was conducted based on this form, aiming to guide the option of surgical neck fractures.Methods:289 cases were included in the study, and were devided into two groups.One group was called Accordance Group, in which the ideal surgery option basing on femoral neck fracture quantitative score form was in accordance with real surgery option in actual fact.Another group was called Non-Accordance Group,consisted of the rest patients. Accordance Group included 226 patients,and Non-Accordance Group included 63 patients. The Harris hip score was follow-up. Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare Harris score difference between Accordance Group and Non-Accordance Group. The significance level is P<0.05.Results:Accordance Group showed higher Harris score rather than Non-Accordance Group,the difference between wto groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:According to the femoral neck quantitative score form, group A would get better postoperative Harris hip score.
