Objective:Through the 2012-2015, Hang Zhou Xiao Shan international airport catering industry of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection health test data statistics, to analyze the effect of dinner (drinking) set disinfection effects, find out the influencing factors, to explore the relationship between these factors and the disinfection effect, guiding airport catering industry to do a good job of health management and choose the best disinfection equipment, to improve the effect of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection to provide data support, make the airport food hygiene supervision and law enforcement to avoid only by subjective experience judgment, make daily health supervision more standardized and scientific.Methods:According to national standard "Hygienic standard for disinfection of dinner (drinking) set" (GB 14934-1994), after the cleaning and disinfection of catering industry of dinner (drinking) set on-site sampling, the paper method was adopted for bacterial Coliform bacteria detection. Research data on the time range for January 2012 December 2014, of which 25 catering industry in 2012, sampling dinner (drinking) set with 2437; 36 catering industry in 2013, sampling dinner (drinking) set with 3926; 43 catering industry in 2014; 47 catering industry in 2015, sampling dinner (drinking) set with 5188; A total sample dinner (drinking) set 16403 was used to detect the Coliform, analysis and evaluation disinfection effect. Firstly, the database was established by EXCEL, then the statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS software. Statistical analysis methods mainly include Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis.Results:Results showed:(1) 2012-2015, Hang Zhou Xiao Shan airport within the scope of the hygiene of catering industry of dinner (drinking) set with (rate) showed a trend of rising steadily year by year and three year dinner (drinking) set with disinfection qualified rate of 87.94%,88.31%,90.54%,90.67%, and overall health percent of pass is 89.66%. (2) The qualification rate of dinner (drinking) set between different quarter difference obvious, four quarter of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection percent of pass is sorting:in the first quarter (92.20%)> in the fourth quarter (91.16%)> in the second quarter (88.30%)> (86.96%) in the third quarter. (3) Different types of catering industry qualified rate of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection, catering company and coffee tea qualified rate is highest,97.56% and 96.23%, respectively, followed by comprehensive restaurant is 88.28%, the worst was 88.00% staff canteen. (4) Different types of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection percent of pass is good cup (93.55%) and plate (91.74%), and the bowl of hygiene rate lowest class. (5) Different quantization level catering industry qualified rate of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection, class A units of dinner (drinking) set with the highest percent of pass, second class B units, and the percent of pass and class C units minimum. (6) Different area location catering industry of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection qualified rate, the inner regions of the terminal and airport peripheral area catering industry of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection qualified rate difference is not very significant. Second, dinner (drinking) set with disinfection effect there are many influence factors, specific include:the effect of temperature and humidity in the season, the influence of the catering industry type, the influence of the type of dinner (drinking) set, the influence of different quantization level catering industry, disinfection facilities and the effects of disinfection methods.According to the conclusion of the above research, airport catering industry should further strengthen health supervision and management work, supervise the enterprise according to season change to strengthen the health management of the spring and summer, including health knowledge training, proper use of disinfection facilities, need health supervision departments for site inspection and guidance, to enhance catering industry of dinner (drinking) set with disinfection hygiene rate, guarantee the airport passengers and airport staffs health.
