The Clinical Research Of The Jiajian Qinggusan Treating Yin Deficiency Type Bone Metastases Pain

ObjectiveThrough prospective controlled clinical research,this study to observe the traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth Jiajian Qinggusan combined three-steps analgesic drugs in the treatment of malignant tumor bone metastases pain of curative effect, so as to improve the three-steps analgesic effect, reduce the side effects of analgesic, aim to improve the quality of survival.MethodsThe study undertook 40 cases accorded with the inclusive criteria from cancer center in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of Chinese medicine. Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group. The control group only three steps analgesic drugs are used, the treatment group used to add Jiajian Qinggusan with three steps analgesic drug therapy. The treatment lasted for 14 days. Observe the variation of NRS score, KPS score, dosage of analgesic drugs, times of outbreak pain, Chinese medicine symptom integral, adverse reactions, etc.Results1. Treatment group total effective rate was 90.0%, control group total effective rate was 75.0%, According to statistics analysis, the difference has statistical significance (P>0.05).2. After treatment, NRS score declined obviously in both groups, the difference have significant statistical significance(P<0.05). Treatment group and control group comparison between NRS score after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Times of per capita outbreak pain significantly lower in treatment group than the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).3. In comparison of dosage, dosage of analgesic drugs in patients of treatment group with moderate pain was less than control group,difference has statistical significance (P<O.05). The comparison of patients with severe pain, the difference of dosage of analgesic drugs between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).4. From the aspect of KPS score,KPS score increased in both groups after treatment, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment group after treatment compared with control group, KPS score has no statistical difference (P>0.05). Compared with KPS score before the treatment, patients in the treatment group and control group had statistical differences in daily life, emotion, sleep and interest (P<0.05). After treatment, treatment group was superior to control group in daily life and emotion(P<0.05). There were no statistical differences in both groups in ability to walk, relationship, sleep and interest (P>0.05).5. In the aspect of TCM symptoms, compared with control group, there were statistical differences in curing five frustrating heat and steaming bone fatigue thermal symptoms (P<0.05).6. In adverse reactions, the treatment group compared with control group not significant (P> 0.05).ConclusionThe Jiajian Qinggusan combined three steps analgesic drugs in the treatment of bone metastases carcinoma pain have a higher rate of pain relief and more effectively, it can reduce dosage of analgesic drugs as well as times of outbreak pain and improve the patient’s quality of life. In addition, the treatment was secured and easy to apply with little adverse reactions.It is worth further research and clinical application.
