Objectives1. To explore the beneficial effect renal and stone combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy on postoperative ESWL advantage;2. To compare the postoperative ESWL center with single western medicine after extracorporeal shock wave in the protection of gravel and kidney damage in different curative effect, in order to further confirm the superiority of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment; In row three the study of kidney stone mixture with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors enalapril on postoperative kidney damage if there is a repair ESWL.Materials and methodsAccording to the design principle of simple random, all cases were randomly divided into western medicine group 20 cases,10 cases of combined treatment group of 60 cases and the blank group, according to the single blind method is carried out. All conform to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, will be randomly assigned to three groups of combination therapy of western medicine, Chinese and western medicine treatment respectively and blank without drug treatment group.ResultsThree groups of patients in age, gender, weight, height, and the size of the stones, shock wave treatment work voltage, wave impact time, shock wave frequency had no statistical significance (p>0.05). Clinical research results show that the three groups before and after treatment urine leucocyte, red blood cells and serum inhibin cysteine protease and beta 2 C microglobulin statistically significant(P< 0.05). Three groups before treatment, postoperative 1st day and 4st days later than postoperative patients with white blood cells, urine red blood cells and serum inhibin cysteine protease and beta 2 C microglobulin are rising, after statistics processing, statistically significant (P< 0.05). Between groups than situation:A compared with group B, group A more effectively reduce the white blood cells, urine red blood cells, cysteine protease inhibitors (CysC) and urine beta 2 microglobulin secretion (P< 0.05);Group A compared with group C, group A was more effective to reduce white blood cells, urine red blood cells, cysteine protease inhibitors (CysC) and urine beta 2 microglobulin secretion (P< 0.01);B compared with group C, group B more effectively reduce the white blood cells, urine red blood cells, cysteine protease inhibitors (CysC) and urine beta 2 microglobulin secretion (P< 0.05);Chinese and western medicine combination is better than pure western medicine can protect the ESWL postoperative renal injury.ConclusionThe kidney platoon stone mixture protection ESWL mechanism may be related to postoperative renal injury kidney platoon stone mixture and enalapril improve kidney ischemia oxygen deficit, promote blood circulation of kidney, and enhance the effect of renal elder sister woven removal of oxygen free radical and reducing the level of kidney cells of oxygen free radicals attack reduced kidney inflammation and renal tubular epithelial cell damage, protect and repair the damage of the renal tubules, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting kidney.
