Research On Efficacy Of Community-acquired Pneumonia With Hua Tan Sticking Plaster

ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Hua Tan sticking plaster for community acquired Pneumonia patients of the type of TanRe with clinical symptoms, signs, Inflammatory markers and chest CT, and to evaluate the efficacy of Hua Tan sticking plaster. In order to guide the clinical application and social promotion.MethodThis topic used the method of prospective single-blind randomized controlled study. According to the inclusion criteria,83 community acquired Pneumonia patients of the type of TanRe were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group 43 cases and the control group 40 cases. two groups were treated the same western medicine, the treatment group plus Hua Tan sticking plaster, the control group with placebo, the treatment consisted for 10 days. The patients with clinical symptoms, signs, C-reactive protein. procalcitonin and chest CT were observed. To evaluate objectively the efficacy of Hua Tan sticking plaster, through statistics to compare the two groups.Results1. The difference of the symptoms scores of cough and expectoration in the third day, in the fifth and in the seventh day were significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05).2. The count of WBC in the two groups after treatment could be declined. the difference was significant(P<0.05).but the count of WBC after treatment in the treatment group was not lower than the control group(P>0.05).3. The count of C-reactive protein in the two group after treatment could be declined. the difference was significant(P<0.05). but the count of C-reactive protein after treatment in the treatment group was not lower than the control group(P>0.05).4. The count of procalcitonin in the treatment group and the control group after treatment could be declined. the difference was significant (P<0.05). but the count of procalcitonin in after treatment in the treatment group was not lower than the control group(P>0.05).5. The change of chest CT after treatment was significant differences between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment group treated community acquired Pneumonia patients of the type of TanRe could more significantly improve clinical symptoms such as stethocatharsis modification-the colour, quantity, quality, cough modification-persistence time, intensity level than the control group. the treatment group could reduce the count of WBC, CRP, PCT after treatment, but it wasn’t better than the control group. the treatment group could be more significantly improved in the chest CT than the control group. in a word, Hua Tan sticking plaster intergrated Western medicine could be quickly ruduce the pain of patients, which reflect the Superiority of Chinese medicine.
