The Effect Of Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription On Expression Of Signal Transduction Road JNK And NF-kB In C-BSA Membranous Nephropathy Rats’renal Tissue

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription on expression of signal transduction road JNK and NF-kB in membranous nephropathy rats’ renal tissue,and to illustrate the mechanism of the treatment on membranous nephropathy with Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription.Methods:The membranous nephropathy rats model was set up by injecting cationic bovine serum albumin(C-BSA).The fifty Wister rats were divided into five groups randomly as follow:blank control group,model control group,tripterygium wilfordii control group, low-dose-Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription group, high-dose-Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription groups,10 in every group.Treatment groups were respectively given Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription and tripterygium wilfordii for fifty-six days after model set up.we had been watching the change conditions of 24-hour urinary protein,serum albumin,cholesterol,triglyceride, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine,to observation rat kidney pathological process,and the expression of signal transduction road JNK and NF-kB in rats’ renal tissue.Results:1. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can reduce 24-hour urinary protein quantitation of C-BSA membranous nephropathy rats,compared with model control group,had statistical significance(P<0.01),compared with tripterygium wilfordii control group,low-dose-group had statistical significance(P<0.05);2. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can increase serum albumin quantitation of rats, compared with model control group,had statistical significance(P<0.01),compared with tripterygium wilfordii control group,low-dose-group had statistical significance(P<0.05); 3. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can reduce the sedimentation of immune complexs, restrain the thickening of glomerular basement membrane;4. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can restrain the expression level of signal transduction road JNK and NF-kB in rats’ renal tissue,compared with model control group,had statistical significance(P<0.05),compared with tripterygium wilfordii control group,had not statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can reduce urinary protein excretion of C-BSA membranous nephropathy rats,to protect the kidney;2. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can increase serum albumin quantitation of C-BSA membranous nephropathy rats,to improve nutritional status,and to relieve clinical symptoms;3. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can improve renal pathological damage of C-BSA membranous nephropathy rats;4. Qi Lou Gu Shen Prescription can reduce the expression level of signal transduction road JNK and NF-k B in rats’ renal tissue of C-BSA membranous nephropathy rats,Thus,it can restrain the immune inflammatory response in rats’ renal tissue, and play a role in the treatment of membranous nephropathy.
