Comparative Evaluation Of 2D And 3D Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

Objective:To compare the efficacy of 2D and 3D laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 110 cases(from Apr.2015 to Apr.2016 of The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.)of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.62 cases of 2D laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(observation group)and 48 cases accept 3D laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(control group).The mean age was 67y(from 60 to 75y),the mean tPSA was 17.85ng/ml(from 8.72 to 36.52ng/ml) in observation group. The mean age was 69y(from 62 to 72y), the mean tPSA was 15.37ng/ml(from 6.54 to 34.73ng/ml) in control group. We compared the mean operation time, mean blood loss, mean drainage tube removal time, incontinence rate, mean hospital stay and clinical outcomes between the two groups.Results:Two groups surgery successfully, no middle turn to open surgery. In the observation group such perioperative parameters were significantly different from those of control group,in operation time,estimated blood loss and incontinence rate(P<O.05).However,the drainage tube removal time, hospital stay and clinical outcomes were similar between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The pathologic examination in 150 cases demonstrated the prostate cancer, and Gleason score was from 6 to 9.None of the margin was positive.Conclusions:Compared with 2D laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.,3D presents a three-dimensional surgical field, the more advantage in spatial location and depth of feeling, it also realizes the fine operation and makes the difficult operation safer and more simplify, it has good curative effect and less complications, so it is worth popularizing indifficult operation.
