Objective:We play a statistical study to description and analysis of included clinical perioperative data,to evaluate the efficacy and oncology outcomes of radical prostatectomy for different surgical approach and clinical stage.Provide single center data for some controversial issues. Methods:A retrospective study of patients' clinical data from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University who were implemented laparoscopic radical prostatectomy from February 2009 to December 2014.Including preoperative PSA,imaging(B-ultrasound,MRI and / CT,chest X-ray,whole-body bone imaging, etc.),prostate biopsy pathology, perioperative and postoperative follow-up data.Application of statistical software SPSS 20.0 to process perioperative data by t-test and Chi-square test,Kaplan-Meier was applied to plot biochemical recurred-nce-free survival curves, and they were compared by Log-rank test. Results:A total of 161 patients were included, implemented laparoscopic radical prostatectomy by intraperitoneal approach in 38 cases,123 cases of extraperitoneal.no conversions to open surgery, total operating time 95-411min(218 ± 76),estimated blood loss 30-1500ml(209 ± 152),transfusion 16 cases(9.9%),number of lymph nodes 8 ± 8,positive margin 44 cases(27.3%),lymph node positive in 12 cases(7.5%),perioperative complications in 50 cases(31%),extubation time 11-32d(13.4± 4.2),postoperative hospital stay 6-56d(14.5 ± 8.4),urinary continence rate was85.7% at 6 months after surgery.Biochemical recurrence analysis: different pathological staging of BCR-F survival curves were significantly different(p = 0.002),showed biochemical relapse-free survival time of p T3a-p T4 stage was shorter than p T2a-p T2 c stage. Conclusion:The overall results of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in our hospital were satisfactory.LAPC patients underwent radical prostatectomy is feasible and safe, but positive margin rate and node-positive rate increased.PT3a-p T4 stage patients have a shorter biochemical relapse-free survival time than p T2a-p T2 c,which need of more close follow-up and integrated multi-modal treatment.
