| Objective To study the relationship between dislocation and acetabulum positionã€femoral head diameterã€repairing soft tissue after total hip arthroplasty.Method msasuring acetabulum position and looking up operation note to detemine the femoral head diameterand repairing soft tissue of 155 cases。Through conducting the statistical treatment, to analyze the influence of various factors on the total hip arthroplasty. Results Of the 155 cases, 6 cases with dislocation, the dislocation rate was 3.87%.The acetabular component abduction angle less-than 50° has less location rate than acetabular component abduction angle more-than 50°. The anteversion angle more-than 10° has less location rate than the anteversion angle less-than 10°. Larger the length of the diameter head and less the location rate. Intraoperative repair of soft tissue can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative dislocation. Conclusion in order to decrease the rate of dislocation after total hip arthroplasty. The anteversion angle should be controlled within 15 ° and 25 °; As far as possible to choose big head diameter of femoral head prosthesis; Repairing of joint soft tissue fully. |
