To Contrast The Differences Of Clinical Effect Between Single Cervical Balloon And COOK Double Ballon Having Same Capacity For Induction Of Labor In Term Pregnancy

Objective By analyzing the discrepancy between cervical dilatation single ballon and COOK cervical double ballon with 160 ml capaticy, observing the benefits and shortcomings of the two groups in actual cilical department.And offer the proofs and experiences to clinical obstetrics. in the process of childbirth for cervical ripening and induced labor.Methods Collected 160 first pregnancy women with indication of induced labor, cervical Bishop score less than 6,37-42 gestational weeks singleton pregnancy.A total of 160 pregnancy women induced by single ballon device or double ballon device in the Department of Obstetrics were all from January 2014 to January 2016.They were recorded and analyzed about cervical ripening effect,security and influence to the process of childbirth. There were randomly divided into experimental group(n=80 use disposable single balloon) and control group(n=80 use COOK double ballon). We will observ the difference detween two groups.All volunteer wrote their name on agree sheet.Results For experimental group,the validity of cervical ripening is better than control group(p < 0.05).Duration time is shorter(p < 0.05).Rate of dropping is higher(p<0.05).Complication rate of experimental group were more than control group for postpartum hemorrhage and prolapsed of umbilical cord(p<0.05). The time to onset of labor is shorter(p<0.05). The time of the first birth process is shorter than that of the control group(p<0.05).Rate of infection has no differenc on the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the perinatal outcome(P>0.05)。Conclusions The two device,each has advantages and disadvantagesis. In clinical work, we should according to the specific circumstances, choose the appropriate waymore. The aim is to improve the quality and reduce the adverse events.
