Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke With The Gastric Regulating Decoction And Bear Bile Power

Purpose:To observe the clinically therapeutic effect for the treatment of ischemic stroke patients with wind-phlegm stasis syndrome by means of the Korean medical prescriptions gastric regulating decoction (for patient with Taiyin constitution) combining bear bile powder and the tanshinone ⅡA; to analyze and compare the curative effects of two groups of drugs to facial paralysis, partial body numbness and other clinical symptoms; to analyze and compare the influence to blood fat, hemorheology, fasting blood glucose and other biochemical indicators, and analyze and compare the recovery of neural function and daily living ability in patients. To make an evaluation on the efficacy and safety for the clinical use of gastric regulating decoction (for patient with Taiyin constitution) combining bear bile powder to treat wind-phlegm stasis syndrome ischemic stroke, which offers effective clinical basis for the further promotion and application of the Korean medical prescription gastric regulating decoction (for patient with Taiyin constitution) combining bear bile powder in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Method:From January to November of 2015,40 patients were diagnosed as wind-phlegm stasis syndrome ischemic stroke in the neurology department, Yanji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.20 patients in the control group were treated with 40 mg of tanshinone IIA injection through intravenous drip for once a day; 20 patients of the observation group were treated with gastric regulating decoction (for patient with Taiyin constitution) (coix seed 15g, Schisandra 5g, semen Raphani 10g, ophiopogon root 10g, rhizoma acori graminei 15g, Platycodon grandiflorum 10g, dry chestnut 10g, ephedra 5g), one dose (by water decoction) 300ml a day was taken warm in the morning and evening(half an hour before breakfast,one hour after dinner), and the bear bile powder (bear bile powder 1.5g) was made into capsules and administered at 19:00 every evening. And the two groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment for the rise of blood pressure and blood sugar, abnormal blood symptoms, angina and other complications.2 weeks as one course of treatment and one course of treatment was observed. In order to evaluate the overall medication efficacy of the two groups, the improvement levels of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared in the following aspects: hemiplegia, facial paralysis and other discomfort symptoms, the repair of the injured cranial nerve of patients, the improvement of the patients’ daily self-care living ability, and the changes of the content of blood lipid, blood viscosity, content of fasting blood glucose.Result:The basic data, impact factors, the index score of the ability of daily living (BI) and the NIHSS score and other observation indexes of the two groups of patients with stroke before the treatment were comparable (P>0.05). After two weeks of medication treatment, the group differences of the efficacy of the TCM syndrome and clinical curative effect were of statistical significance (P＜0.05). For the group comparison, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than the control group; after the treatment, the neurological function of the two groups of patients were obviously recovering, and the daily independent self-care ability was enhanced, so the comparison of the study group and control group were of statistical difference(P<0.05); After medication treatment, patients showed blood lipid content decreased and blood flow rate faster (P<0.05), and the effect of drugs regulating blood lipid and hemorheology for the group treated with gastric regulating decoction (for patient with Taiyin constitution) is higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ischemic stroke patients with wind-phlegm stasis syndrome by means of gastric regulating decoction (for patient with Taiyin constitution) combining bear bile powder can effectively improve the symptoms of nerve defect due to nerve injury, can recover the patients with limbs muscles strength, and improve the patients’self-care ability, and there is no adverse reaction and toxic and side reaction during the treatment.
