Objective:This research aims at implementation of cementless total hip arthroplasty patients, respectively, were early full weight bearing (4 weeks) and late full weight-bearing (12 weeks), and two kinds of rehabilitation training, regular follow-up, to observe the function of hip joint (Harris) score, pain score (VAS), image evaluation, complications, to explore the different time to full weight bearing on biological type after total hip arthroplasty stability and curative effect influence. Methods:The rehabilitation of postoperative patients with early unilateral collection, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital orthopedic sixty (60 hips) were for the first time, biological type total hip replacement patients were randomly divided them into two groups, namely the early negative recombinant (experimental group) and late negative recombinant (control group), each group had 30 cases. After the 2-3 days, removal of drainage tube after review of X-ray films, such as assessment, prosthesis position is good, the initial stability in medical staff under the guidance of the early negative recombinant begins with a weight, about 1/6 of weight:after progressive weight-bearing, according to patient tolerance, every 1~2 days increased weight of 1/6, about 2 weeks after the patients tolerance range gradually full weight-bearing,4 weeks after discarding crutches full weight-bearing walking; late negative recombinant: traditional load operation after 6 weeks only tiptoe weight or weight not exceeding weight of 10% after operation 6 weeks at the beginning of a gradual weight bearing, enjoin patient with crutches for 6 weeks or more, and then switch to a single crutch or cane, the 12 weeks disposable stick full weight-bearing.After 1,3,6,12 months regular follow-up, compared two groups of patients with Harris score, VAS score, imaging examination, complications. Results:Two groups of patients with postoperative Harris scores were improved, after 1 and 3 months of follow-up, Harris score of experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05); 6, after 12 months of follow-up, the Harris score of the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05); the two groups of patients after all, the first month of follow-up in radiographs of acetabular abduction and anteversion of the acetabular location on the vertical and horizontal position of no change; no tilt offset femoral stem position, without sinking; the acetabular and femoral stem were no radiolucent line around, were seen around the prosthesis fracture and prosthesis fracture, no infection loosening; early negative recombinant no deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and late weight-bearing occurred in 1 cases; two groups of patients had no pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, bedsore and other complications. Conclusions:uncemented total hip arthroplasty (THA) 4 weeks early complete weight training is safe, will not affect the stability of hip joint, will not lead to loosening of the prosthesis; cementless total hip arthroplasty after 4 weeks early full weight bearing can accelerate the recovery of hip joint function, can improve the quality of life of patients;uncemented total hip arthroplasty after 4 weeks early full weight training will not increase the incidence of postoperative complications.
