The Experimental Index And The Condition Correlation Analysis Of Diabetic Ketoacidosis Patients

Objective:The aim of this study was to examine the experimental index and illness in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar hypergiycemic state.Methods:We encountered221diabetic ketoacidosis (including diabetic ketoacidosis combine hyperosmolar hypergiycemic state). According to the blood gas analysis divided into light,medium,heavy three groups. Retrospective analysis the clinical and experimental data of221cases of patients, who were hospitalized due to acute complications.Results:There was no difference in values for red blood cell count,hematokrit,blood platelet count,serum calcium,serum magnesium and cholesterol between the three groups, and there was no significant difference in clinical manifestation. When the condition of diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar hypergiycemic state, blood leukocyte count,serum potsssium,serum sodium, transaminase,serum creatinine,serum amylase and muscle enzyme spectrum has related to the severity of condition,(P<0.05).Conclusion:In diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar hypergiycemic state, blood gas analysis was to determine the severity of condition in addition, the increase of blood leukocyte count,serum potsssium,serum sodium, transaminase,serum creatinine,serum amylase and muscle enzyme spectrumwere all the important referenee of reflect the severity of illness.
