| objective: Comparative study about the clinical significance of rapidblood ketone detection and urine ketone bodies detection in the diagnosisand treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods:During January2012toDecember2013,screening diabetic ketosis with or without acidosis(diabetic ketoacidosis, DKA group)50cases,screening non-diabeticketosis group (diabetes without ketosis, NDK group)100cases, whilescreening healthy100cases as the reference group. Detect theperipheral blood β-hydroxybutyric acid (β-HBA), fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and urine ketone bodies of the three groups, and the results werecompared and analyzed. And detect the peripheral blood β-HBA,FPGand urine ketone bodies level before and after treatment in DKA group,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results:1ã€In the DKAgroup, the number of positive cases of peripheral blood βHBA was higherthan urine ketone bodies (P <005); Compared to the NDK group and thehealthy group, peripheral blood β-HBA of the DKA group was significantlyhigher than the other two groups,the blood glucose, urine ketone bodylevels were also significantly higher than the other two groups(P <001);2positive cases of ketone bodies appeared in the healthy group.2ã€Aftertreatment, the positive rate of β-HBA in the DKA group decreasedsignificantly compared with before treatment (P <005.); And still fivecases of positive urine ketone body.3ã€According to the degree of positive urine ketone group, peripheral blood β-HBA concentration andglucose concentration showed significantly correlated (respectively, r=0.608, P <0.01). The degree of positive of urine ketone body and glucoseconcentrations have no significant correlation (r=0.194P>0.05).Conclusion:1, In the DKA group, the number of positive cases ofperipheral blood β-HBA was higher than urine ketone bodies, measuredof peripheral blood β-HBA increasing trend can be found early, earlydiagnosis is important.2, Compared to the NDK group and the healthygroup, peripheral blood β-HBA,the blood glucose and urine ketone bodylevels of the DKA group was significantly higher than the other two groups,peripheral blood β-HBA detection has a high degree of accuracy thanurine ketone body detection.3, After treatment, the β-HBA level in theDKA group decreased significantly compared with before treatment,andstill five cases of positive urine ketone body,indicating that peripheralblood β-HBA can more accurately evaluate the therapeutic effect.4,Peripheral blood β-HBA concentration and glucose concentrationshowed significantly correlated. The degree of positive of urine ketonebody and glucose concentrations have no significant correlation. Can becombined blood glucose, can better control the progression of clinicalpractice. |
