Objective:To observe the effect of Huang-Shu Decoction cooperate with Methylene blue injection method for treating anal pruritus of Downward Flow Damp-heatMethods:60 subjects who met the criteria of Anal pruritus were randomly devided into two groups of treatment group (N= 30) and the control group (N= 30) in February 2015-January 2016,Two groups of cases before and afer operation, all use the same basic treatment.The postoperative treatment group gives oral Huang-Shu Decoction, The 10th day and 2months after the operation to observation records in the two groups patients with anus ithing, moist, pain, skin sympotoms; 2 months after treatment review and record the itch without recurrence of symptoms.Results:To complete the study of 60 cases, the treatment group (N= 30) and the control group (N= 30). Before treatment, two groups were gender, age, course of the disease, treatment in general,and damp, pain, itching, skin lesion area of comparing the integral comparison score were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant, comparable. The results are as following:(1)The two groups before treatment respectively, and the 10th day and 2 months after the operation in the damp, pain and itching, skin lesion area of comparing the integral comparison score,All points in the two groups in postoperative points less than before,it shows that in the recent curative effect and the long-term curative effect in treatment group and control group all can reduce the damp, pain and itching, skin lesion area.(2)The two groups of the 10th day (recent curative effect) and 2 months (the long-term curative effect) after the operation in the pain of comparing the integral comparison score, after Wilcoxon inspection, P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.it shows that in the recent curative effect and the long-term curative effect in treatment group after reducing scratching integral aspect of the anal pain caused no obvious curative effect is better than the control group;(3)The two groups of the 10th day (recent curative effect) and 2 months (the long-term curative effect) after the operation in the damp, pain and itching, skin lesion area of comparing the integral comparison score, after Wilcoxon inspection, P<0.05,it shows that in the recent curative effect and the long-term curative effect in treatment group reduce the the damp, pain and itching, skin lesion area of comparing the integral,effect is better than that in control group, The treatment group in alleviating the anus itching, damp symptoms and restore skin’s curative effect is better than that in control group.(4)The two groups in the 10th day and 2 months after the operation the overall efficacy of comparison, P<0.05, all have statistical significance. Shows that in the recent curative effect and the long-term curative effect in treatment group were obviously superior to control group; The treatment group total effectiveness 83.33% recently, the control group76.67%, long-term treatment group total effectiveness 83.33%, the control group73.33%. Using statistical methods, Two groups of total curative effect more significant differences (P<0.05); Sympotm curative effect comparison between the two groups, and has significant difference in the treatment of anal pruritus. The treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusion:The Huang-Shu Decoction has clear heat,clearing damp, antipruritic. The Huang-Shu Decoction cooperate with Methylene blue injection method can obviously improve the sympotoms of pruritus anus itching, moist,It is good for treating anal pruritus of Downward Flow Damp-heat.
