Objective To investigate the risk factors of blood stasis syndrome in patients with cerebral infarction and vascular cognitive impairment(VCI) according to the Logistics regression analysis.Method To collect the clinical data of 101 cases with blood stasis syndrome, included 1、 General situation:age, gender, smoking and drinking habits, residential area, education level, carotid plaque, and transient ischemia attack(TIA); 2、Serum markers:fasting blood glucose(FBG),activatedpartial thromboplastin time(APTT), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc), triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein protein(HDL), apolipoprotein-A1(Apo-Al), Apolipoprotein-B(Apo-B),high-sens itivity C-reactive protein(HsCRP), blood platelet(PLT), white blood cell count(WBC), hemoglobin(HGB), homocysteine(Hcy), hematocrit(Hct), prothrombin time-international normalized ratio(PT-INR), fibrinogen(FIB), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR); 3 Neuropsychological intelligence test scale:MMSE, MoCA, Hachinski, ADL. On the above indicators univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis, screening blood stasis syndrome in patients with cerebral infarction were independent risk factors of VCI.Results In this study, the results showed that the compared of the TIA, FBG, APTT, TG, HGB, FIB, ESR and all scales have significant differences in two groups (P<0.05). Furthermore, the TIA, FBG, APTT, TG, FIB, ESR were the important factors affecting the occurrence and development of VCI.Conclusion The TIA, FBG, APTT, TG, FIB, ESR could be treated as early factors for screening index in patients with cerebral infarction. It could reduce the risk of VCI in patients with cerebral infarction.
