This thesis consisted of 3 chapters. The first chapter discussed the phytochemistical studies on the Woodlouse and the activity of the Poly cystic kidney disease. The second chapter discussed the phytochemistical studies on Silkworm.The third chapter discussed the phytochemistical studies on Ajuga ciliata Bunge..Seventeen compounds (1-17) are isolated from the EtOAc extract of 70% acetone-water extract of the woodlouse by using various of normal and reverse-phase chromatographic methods. The structures of compounds 1-17 were deter-mined by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis as 1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a][1,4]diaz-epine-1,5(2H)-dione-hexahydro-3-para phenyl-phenol (1), hexahydro-3-[(1s)-1-met-hy-1-lpropyl]-(3s,8s)-pyrrolo[1,2]pyrazine-1,4-dione (2), octahydro-1,4-dioxo-pyrr-olo[1,2]pyrazine-3-acetaminde (3), octahydro-1,4-dioxo-pyrrolo[1,2]pyrazine-3-prop-anamide (4), (3S,8aS)-3-Isobutylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione (5), adenosine (6),3-ribofuranosyl-2,4-dihydro-pyrimidine-dione (7), inosine(8),2-met-hyl-6-(2’3’4’-trihydroxyl-butyl) pyrazine (9), thymine (10),3-hydroxy-pyridinol (11),6-methyl-2,4-dihydro-pyrimidine-dione (12),3-7-dihydro-purin-2-one (13),3 H-imidazo[5,9]pyridine (14),3-ethyl-6,8-dihydroxy-7-methyl-3,4-dihydroisochrome-n-1-one (15),3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-N-methylpropionamide (16) and 6,8-dihydrox-y-3,7-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-isochromen-1-one (17). Compounds 1 is a new st-ructure from the woodlouse. Compounds 1-17 was evaluated its inhibitory acti-vity on the PKD1/TRPP2 activity.Seven compounds (1-7) are isolated from the EtOAc extract of 70% acetone-water extract of the silkworm by using various of normal and reverse-phase chromatographic methods. The structures of compounds 1、2、3 and 4 were determined by zygosporin D (1), lumichrome (2),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid (3) and 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid (4).Twelve compounds (1-12) are isolated from the EtOAc extract of 80% acetone-water extract of the silkworm by using various of normal and reverse-phase chromatographic methods. The structures of compounds 1、2、3、4 and 5 were determined by 3-hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one (1), debromoaplysinol (2), pandangolide (3), ajugacumbin-B (4) and β-sitosterol (5).
