Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Arnebia Guttata Bunge

“Mongolia Zicao”is the dried radix of Arnebia guttata Bunge,which is a herbaceous plant from the Boraginaceae family.Arnebia guttata Bunge maily distributed to the northern and northwestern areas of China.The plant grows widely on the Gobi Desert and hillside.According to the Chinese P harmacopeia（2015）,“Zicao”is the dried root of Arnebia euchroma（Royle）J ohnst and Arnebia guttata Bunge.The main chemical compounds of Arnebia guttata Bunge is naphthoquinone、monoterpene phenols、benzoquinone、phe nolic acid、flavonoid and alkaloids.Traditional Chinese medical science hold s that the nature is cold and the flavor is bitter and salty.The researches o f modern medicine proved that Arnebia has many pharmacological effects,s uch as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-fertility,antioxidant,a nd so on.There are many researches about Arnebia euchroma（Royle）Johnst but the study on Arnebia guttata Bunge is too few,so this paper study on chemical constituents of Arnebia guttata Bunge for the aim of completing t he research of it and providing evidence for the study of pharmacological m echanism as well as the establish of quality standard.Silica gel and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and sem i-preparative HPLC were used to purify the chemical constituents of the dic hloromethane fraction and ethyl acetate portion portioned from the methyl alc ohol extraction of Arnebia guttata Bunge.28 compounds have been obtained,in which 21 compounds have been identified by the modern spectral analys is such as ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,HSQC,HMBC,¹H-¹H COSY technology,four of them are new compounds.The 21 compounds are made up of 1 naphthoquinone,7 phenolderivativ es,5 flavonoids,3 triterpenes,1 diterpene,1 sesquiterpenes,1 phenolic acid,2 ot hers type.Compounds 1,2,3,4 are new compounds,11 compounds were obta ined from the genus for the first time.
