Objective (s):Since 1990s, breast cancer has been a serious threat to women’s health in many countries of the world, and the incidence of breast cancer is increasing year by year. The morbidity and mortality of breast cancer in China have been increasing in recent 10 years, and the rate of increase has been higher than the world average. Breast cancer has seriously threatened the health of women in our country, and it has become the first disease of female malignant tumor and mortality in our country. At present, there are many countries in foreign countries to carry out epidemiological study of breast cancer, there are many provinces and cities in China have the relevant research and reports, but there is little research on the epidemiology of breast cancer in Yunnan province. And only understand the epidemiological characteristics of the region in order to better develop the appropriate measures to prevent and treat breast cancer. Big data refers to the use of random analysis method such a shortcut, and the use of all data analysis and processing. Based on the current boom of big data, we can be extracted from the mass of data available for our study of breast cancer in general and clinical data and the data through the collation and analysis of the relevant research. So big data as a mainstream software tool in today’s era, The acquisition, within a reasonable time, management, processing and finishing of massive data, which is of great help for scientific research. To collect the data of all breast cancer patients treated in Yunnan cancer hospital from January 2013 to June 2016, and analyze the characteristics of breast cancer in Yunnan province. On the one hand, through the statistics for the first time in the breast cancer patients with thyroid disease, gynecological diseases, so as to analyze the relationship between breast cancer and thyroid disease, gynecological diseases. On the other hand, the size of tumor size, axillary lymph node, molecular typing and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer patients were examined by ultrasound and mammography for the first time. We analyze the tumor size and molecular classification of breast cancer patients in Yunnan province for the first time. We analyze the characteristics of breast cancer patients in Yunnan Province, and analyze the possible causes of this characteristic.Methods:I collected all breast cancer patients admitted to the Yunnan Provincial Cancer Hospital during June 2014-January 2013。Then, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,1345 patients who meet the requirements of this project were selected. Data of 1345 cases of breast cancer were collected. The data collected included age at the time of the first visit to the patient, the size of the breast lump under ultrasound, and whether the axillary lymph node metastasis.,the size of the breast lump in the breast, whether the axillary lymph node metastasis. Whether breast cancer patients with thyroid disease, Including thyroid cancer, thyroid cancer, thyroid. Whether breast cancer patients with gynecological diseases, Including uterine fibroids, cervical cancer. Surgical methods and immunohistochemistry, whether there is lymph node metastasis after surgery. All data are recorded in the Excel table. All data using SPSS17.0 software package for statistical analysis.Finally,I will make a detailed table and chart.Results:1. There was no significant difference in the size of the breast masses by means of the molybdenum palladium and ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant (t=1.773, p=0.104).2. The diameter of the tumor was in the normal distribution, and the mean value was 32.3+19.5mm, and the mean value was 31.9+19.3mm. Most of the tumors were in the T2 phase of the clinical stage, accounting for 64.2% of the total.3. The tumor hospital of Yunnan Province in patients with breast cancer in patients with thyroid ratio compared with the general population suffering from thyroid cancer rates high, and the difference is statistically significant (x2=4568.417, P=0.00).4. In all patients with thyroid disease of thyroid malignancies and benign thyroid diseases ratio is different, with breast cancer in patients with thyroid diseases more easily suffering from benign thyroid disease, and the difference is significant (x2=108.897, p=0.00)5. Compared with the general population, the incidence of cervical cancer in patients with breast cancer is different, with statistical significance (x2=108.897, p=0.00)6. Patients with breast cancer were more likely than the general population in patients with uterine fibroids, the difference was statistically significant (x2=650.705, p=0.00)7. The rate of invasive ductal carcinoma was higher than that in the literature, accounting for 89% of the proportion of invasive ductal carcinoma. The molecular classification of breast cancer patients is composed of Luminal A28.6% Luminal, B43.6% ERBB2+11.0%, Luminal, Basal-like16.8%.8. The positive rate of ER was 69.1%, PR positive rate was 60.6%, ERBB2 positive rate was 33.2%, and the expression rate of Ki-67 was 60.7%.9. It can be considered that there is no significant difference in the accuracy of the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis between the two kinds of effects (x2=0.196, p>0.05)Conclusion(s):1. The ability of molybdenum palladium and ultrasound in the examination of the large diameter of breast lumps was the same as that of the.2. The phenomenon of poor awareness of treatment in patients with breast cancer in Yunnan Province.3. Breast cancer may be a risk factor for the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.4. Breast cancer and uterine fibroids have the same disease factors, breast cancer may promote the occurrence of uterine fibroids.5. Breast cancer as a risk factor, may promote the occurrence of malignant thyroid disease and thyroid benign disease.6. The rate of invasive ductal carcinoma was higher than that of the whole country, accounting for 89% of the breast cancer in Yunnan province.7. There was no significant difference in the general level of molecular classification of breast cancer and international research statistics in Yunnan province.8. The positive rate of ER was 69.1%, PR positive rate was 60.6%, ERBB2 positive rate was 33.2%, and the expression rate of Ki-67 was 60.7%.9. Breast cancer surgery in Yunnan province is still the traditional modified radical mastectomy, the proportion of breast conserving surgery is lower than the level of the developed regions.10. There was no difference in the accuracy of ultrasound and mammography in assessing lymph node metastasis, but it could not accurately represent the actual situation of axillary lymph node metastasis.
