Objective:1. By of PCOS patients with clinical symptoms of investigation and analysis of the patients were divided into TCM phlegm syndrome group and non phlegm syndrome group, and then on the clinical basic situation and metabolic indices were statistically analyzed, in order to summarize clinical and biochemical examination of PCOS with phlegm dampness syndrome characteristics, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.2.Effects of hormone on inflammatory fibrosis in rats with poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) 3. The study of milk thistle, and sensitivity to insulin, for the treatment of ovarian fibrosis provide a new way.Methods:1. Clinical research:selected from May 2013 and 2015 December in Gulou Hospital, Department of Endocrinology outpatient and hospitalization in patients with PCOS were collected 150 cases, syndrome differentiation type non phlegm dampness group (n=81), phlegm dampness group 69 cases; and record the patient’s general situation, sex hormone and endocrine and metabolic parameters in horizontal line statistical analysis.2. Animal experiments:Forty female SD rats at 21 days of age were selected, randomly divided into blank control group (6 rats) and model group (n=34, the model group by subcutaneous injection of DHEA (indicated)+oil agent (0.2ml) modeling method for normal group by subcutaneous injection of oil agent (0.2ml) modeling method, the model composition model were randomly divided into the model control group, silymarin group, metformin group and Silybum marianum)+metformin group, after the treatment groups of rats with the model control group basic situation, metabolism and serum chronic inflammatory factor level difference.Results:1 clinical study:the phlegm group than in the non basic situation of phlegm dampness group of PCOS patients:BMI was statistically significant (P<0.01); there was statistical significance in WHR, SBP, DBP (P<0.05), and were higher than the non phlegm group;Metabolism:LDL and TG levels was significantly higher than that of non phlegm syndrome group (P< 0.05), HDL levels compared although there was no statistically significant. But it is not phlegm syndrome group low; PBG, pins were significantly higher than non phlegm dampness group (P< 0.01), FPG, PBG levels are not statistically significant, but lower than the non phlegm dampness group of water level and higher;Hormone:LH, T level was significantly higher than that of non phlegm syndrome group (P< 0.05), LH/FSH level although there is no significant difference, but compared with non phlegm syndrome group.2. animal experiment:after the intervention of OGTT experimental results:the treatment group blood glucose levels were lower than the model group, the metformin group 0’,120’ blood glucose level and the model group had significant difference (P<0.01); silymarin group 0’ blood glucose level and the model group was statistically significant (P<0.05) 120’ blood glucose level and model group has statistical significance (P<0.01); silymarin+metformin group 0’,120’ blood glucose level and the model group had significant difference (P<0.01); silymarin+ metformin group TG, TC and LDL levels were lower than those in model group decreased significantly (P<0.05), the silymarin group and metformin group the level of LDL was significantly lower than that of model group (P< 0.05); the level of IL-6 in model group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group were significantly increased, and silymarin+ metformin group had statistically significant difference (P<0.05), model group CTG F levels were compared with the treatment group were increased, and silymarin group, silymarin (+ metformin group have significant difference (P<0.05); among other groups no significant difference; each group alt, AST levels showed no significant difference.Conclusions:1. Phlegm dampness syndrome PCOS patients than non phlegm card PCOS, IR in PCOS patients than non PCOS patients has the characteristics of metabolic disorder, and phlegm dampness syndrome in patients with IR in the occurrence of a non phlegm dampness group, which can explain PCOS phlegmatic Hygrosis and IR has a positive correlation;2. The animal experiment results suggest that metformin can improve PCOS rat lipids, insulin and chronic inflammatory factor levels and silymarin may effect of adjuvant therapy of PCOS, classical drug therapy. |
