Objective:To analyze and compare the differences in general clinical characteristics, sex hormone levels, glucose and lipid metabolism and liver enzymelevelsbetweenphlegm-dampnesstypePCOSand non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS patients, and to explore the influencing factors of serum liver enzyme levels in clinical and biochemical characteristics of the two groups of PCOS patients,so as to provide clinical evidence for early detection of abnormal liver function and prevention of long-term complications in PCOS patients. Methods:A total of 163 patients who were diagnosed with PCOS and had complete information input in the clinical scientific research information integration system of gynecological Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 01,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected.According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM,the patients were divided into phlegm-dampness type PCOS group(n=85)and non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS group(n=78).SPSS 25.0 was used to compare the differences in general clinical characteristics, sex hormone levels, glucose and lipid metabolism and liver enzyme levels between the two groups, and further analyze the influencing factors of liver enzyme levels in clinical and biochemical characteristics of the two groups.Results:1.Wt,BMI,H,HC,CC,FINS,HOMA-IR,HOMA-βand FAI of phlegm-dampness type PCOS group were higher than those of non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS group(P<0.05).P and SHBG of phlegm-dampness type PCOS group were lower than those of non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum liver enzyme levels between the two groups(P<0.05).2.In the phlegm-dampness type PCOS group, serum liver enzyme levels were positively correlated with age,SBP,DBP,Wt,BMI,W,H,WHR,WHt R,WC,CC,PRL,FAI,FPG,G120,FINS,F120,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,TG,TC,APOB,LDL-C,LAP,VAI(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with LH,LH/FSH,PRL,SHBG,HDL-C and DHEAS(P<0.05).3.In group with non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS,serum liver enzyme levels were positively correlated with age,SBP,DBP,Wt,BMI,W,H,WHR,WHt R,HC,WC,CC,acanthosis nigricans score,FSH,FAI,FPG,G120,FINS,F120,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,TG,TC,APOB,LDL-C,LAP and VAI(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with P,SHBG,APOA and HDL-C(P<0.05).4.Under the intervention of phlegm-dampness factors,LH,T,DHEAS,APOB and HOMA-IR were independent risk factors for serum liver enzyme levels in PCOS population(P<0.05).However,SHBG,HOMA-IR and LDL-C were independent risk factors for serum liver enzyme levels in PCOS patients without phlegm-dampness intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.There were differences in general clinical characteristics, sex hormone levels and glucose and lipid metabolism between phlegm-dampness type PCOS group and non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS group, but there was no significant difference in liver enzyme levels.2.Serum liver enzyme levels in both phlegm-dampness type PCOS group and non-phlegm-dampness type PCOS group are correlated with general clinical characteristics, sex hormone levels, glucose and lipid metabolism levels.3.LH,T,DHEAS,APOB and HOMA-IR were independent risk factors for serum liver enzyme levels in PCOS patients with phlegm-dampness type, and SHBG,HOMA-IR and LDL-C were independent risk factors for serum liver enzyme levels in PCOS patients with non-phlegm-dampness type. |
