Acupoint Sticking In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

Purpose:In this experiment,the randomized control principle was used to evaluate the clinical trial of acupoint application therapy,and an objective and scientific evaluation was made to try to find a new safe,comfortable and widely accepted treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Material and method:Choose 60 patient from orthopedics hospital of Shenyang outpatient department and the ward was diagnosed with wind-cold-dampness knee osteoarthritis,according to the principle of random control,patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:the treatment group,the control group and the reference group.For a period of 3 weeks of clinical treatment,before and after treatment,Statistics WOMAC score、pain index and signs,then data into the SPSS 17.0 statistical software,analyze the experimental results Results: 1.Test results in improving the quality of life that WOMAC score,the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05),the application group than the placebo group 2.Pain index for the patient’s own feel score,according to VAS score statistics,the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05),paste group than the placebo group.3.In the improvement of signs,the two groups were improved before treatment(P <0.05),after treatment between the two groups no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupoints combined with loxoprofen sodium tablets on knee osteoarthritis has a clear therapeutic effect.2.In the relief of pain,loxoprofen sodium tablets and acupoints combined with loxoprofen sodium tablets on the pain relief has a better advantage.3.In improving the function of the knee,acupoints apply to liloprofen sodium tablets have a clear advantage.4.There was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing signs.5.In summary,acupressure is a kind of can improve the knee joint activity,reduce the pain of the role,for the treatment of KOA has added a new treatment program,it is worth promoting.
