| Objective:To explore a new method to cure the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis which use the single Endonbutton steel plate associating with absorbable screw unioing with prescription "Yishen Zhuangjin Heji",we observe the patients’ ankle jiont function.So we can judge if this kind of cure can treat the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis,and if it is more effective than the others method.Methods:By adopting the method of clinical research, forty patients of the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis were elected, and they were randomly divided into two groups,22 cases treatment group and control group 18 cases. The control group was operating using the metal screw,while the treatment group was treated by with the single Endonbutton steel plate associating with absorbable screw. Two groups all took the prescription "Yishen Zhuangjin Heji" producing by our hospital. After guiding them functional exercise, we tested their function of ankle joint one months later using the AOFAS standard formulated by the American Association of foot and ankle.Results:Both the two groups get effective treatment,and it has statistical significance(P< 0.05). And through the comparison,we find that the single Endonbutton steel plate associating with absorbable screw can do better than the control group which do the worse results, which has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has a good curative effect by using the single Endonbutton steel plate associating with absorbable screw. While this two kinds of operation both can do effective for the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis. But besides this treatment one can handle this kind of tissue injury, getting better curing,it can also reduce the operation time, can reduce the trauma bringed by the operation itself. So that we can draw a conclusion that this way of treating the distal tibiofibular syndesmosis by the single Endonbutton steel plate associating with absorbable screw should be extension. |
