Content validity scale items (I-CVI) 0.881.00, has a better said content validity scale items. Scale the content validity of the S-CVI is divided into unanimous S-CVI (S-CVI/UA, universial agreement) and the average S-CVI (S-CVI/Ave). S-CVI/Ave scale all items I-CVI mean, said the scale of the S-CVI/Ave a value of 0.967> 0.9, meet the requirements.4. The old capability assessment results show that the ability of several for self-care and activities before the injury and mental state.5. The old ability correlation analysis, the survey found that the old age, are related to chronic disease ability condition,-year-old man and a variety of chronic illnesses ability levels drop rapidly.Conclusion:1.The old man ability assessment scale includes 4 dimensions,34 item pool.2. The scale has good reliability and validity, and it can be a tool for the assessment of elderly people’s ability.
