Clinical Research On The Effect Of FU’s Acupuncture In The Impact Of Pulmonary Function Of Patients With Mild To Moderate Chronic Pulmonary Obstructive

Objective:This reaching aims to discuss the Fu’s acupuncture on lung function, blood gas analysis, blood and improvement of clinical symptoms of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with mild to moderate acute stage, to explore the Fu’s acupuncture Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of pulmonary function the mechanism of actionMethods:In light of the random controlled trial principle,60 cases were randomized into an Fu’s acupuncture group and a drug group,drug group was given asthma, phlegm, and other conventional anti-infective therapy, continuous for 10 days;Selected patients with localized 5 MTrP needle operation, daily treatment 1, treatment 5 times per week for 10 times. Watched Patients’index changes of symptom scores, blood gas analysis,blood cell analysis; pulmonary function test:FVC, FEV1, FEV1%, FEVI/FVC before and after treatment.Results:The total Fu’s acupuncture group effective rate of 90%(27/30), better than the drug group 73.3%(22/30, P<0.05);After treatment, symptom score, lung function:FVC, FEVI, FEV1%, FEVI/FVC was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the Fu’s acupuncture group than the drug group (P<0.05);blood gas analysis before and after treatment: partial pressure of oxygen, carbon dioxide partial pressure, oxygen saturation; analysis of blood cells:white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils was significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), but no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05)Conclusion:Fu’s acupuncture can effectively improve patient symptoms of cough, expectoration, wheezing, enhance arterial oxygen partial pressure, blood oxygen saturation and lung function in patients with acute exacerbation COPD.
