ObjectiveBy Shu Zheng granule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients and experimental animals, observe Shu Zheng granule on effects of glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and Shu Zheng granule on glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus disorders affect part of the mechanism and its mechanism preliminarily.Methods1.The standard of 72 cases by try who with random method distribution for control group and treatment group, Control group given conventional treatment, including hypoglycemic, antihypertensive, lipid and anti platelet aggregation, etc., the treatment group on the basis of above regular treatment, combined with ShuZheng particles.4 weeks after the intervention, compared two group patients of biood sugar, blood fat, glycated hemoglobin, weight, and BMI, and fasting insulin, and insulin sensitive coefficient (ISI), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and white cell between pigment-6, and Clinical symptoms and therapeutic.2.60 SD female rats were assigned to a control group (n=10) and an experimental group (n=60). Clinical research:Compared with before treatment, two groups of FBG, 2hBG and HbAlc level were significantly decreased (P<0.01), compared with after treatment, the treatment group to reduce the effect of the FBG, HbAlc is better than that of control group (P<0.05); Compared with before treatment, two groups of TC, TG, LDL-C level were significantly decreased (P<0.01), compared with after treatment, the treatment group to reduce the effect of TC, TG, LDL-C is better than that of control group (P<0.05); compared with before treatment, fasting insulin decreased significantly in the treatment group (P<0.01), comparison after treatment, treatment group reduced fasting insulin obviously is better than control group (P<0.01); compared with before treatment, insulin sensitivity coefficient has obviously rose (P<0.01), comparison after treatment, treatment group insulin sensitivity coefficient rise obviously is better than control group (P<0.01); tumor necrosis factor-alpha, and white cell between pigment-6 and treatment qian compared, has obviously declined (P<0.01), comparison after treatment, treatment group obviously is better than control group (P<0.01); compared with before treatment, treatment group of weight, and BMI has declined (P<0.05), two group treatment before and after poor value compared has differences (P<0.05); compared with before treatment, two group TCM clinical symptoms points are has obviously declined (P<0.01), comparison after treatment, treatment group is better than control group (P<0.05); in clinical effect and overall efficiency, the treatment group is significantly better than the control group (P<0.01).2. Experimental research:Comparison of experimental rat:Shu Zheng granule significant reduction in drinking water of rats in each group, hair neat and shiny, mental condition better than before, and increased activity. Shu Zheng FBG rats in the high-dose group of particles significantly decreased (P<0.01), HbAlc, and showed no difference between the Ins, but ISI was significantly higher (P<0.01), Shu Zheng rats in the high-dose group of TC, LDL-c and TG levels decreased (P<0.05), Shu Zheng granule high dose group big rat of plasma stick consistency significantly declined (P<0.01), creaction protein reduced (P<0.05), contains lipoprotein A1 significantly increased (P<0.01), contains lipoprotein B is has declined trend, but differences not significantly; metformin group of plasma stick degrees value, and creaction protein, and contains lipoprotein b is has declined trend, but the difference is not obvious, contains lipoprotein Al increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, ShuZheng particles increased (ISI) of rats in the lower dosage treatment groups (P<0.05), the TC decreased (P<0.05); Shu Zheng group islet structure compared with the model of rat islet structure is clear, islet cell volume increased slightly in the model group, distributed acinar scattered nesting islets, cell degeneration, and islet edges neat catheter vacuolar degeneration decreased. Shu Zheng PTP1-B of rats in the high-dose group, G6P significantly decreased (P<0.01), decreased LPLmRNA expression level(P<0.05), elevated levels of IRS-2 mRNA expression level(P<0.05). Compared with model group, low-dose ShuZheng particles group rats PTP1-B, G6PmRNA expression level decreased (P<0.05), the IRS-2 mrna expression levels (P<0.05).Conclusion1. Shu Zheng granule can reduce FBG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-C、weight, BMI in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, fasting insulin, tumor necrosis factor-alpha, Interleukin-6, increase insulin sensitivity (ISI), significantly improving clinical symptoms, improve clinical outcomes and total efficiency. Shu Zheng granule can ameliorate the disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus.2. Shu Zheng particles can reduce the blood sugar of the experimental rats, TG, TC and LDL-C level, reduce inhibits PTP-1B, G6P, LPLmRNA expression level, can improve the IRS-2 mRNA expression level; Can significantly increase the number of diabetic rats islet cells and protect islet cell, reduce islet cell degeneration and necrosis. ShuZheng particles can improve type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia rats glucolipid metabolic disorders.
