Objective:By observing the changes in the levels of complement regulatory proteins(CD35,CD46,CD55,CD59),clinical symptoms and safety indexes of patients with phlegm turbidity syndrome of coronary heart disease before and after treatment with turbidizing method(adding or subtracting Dabuxin Decoction as the basic prescription),the influence of turbidizing method on immune regulation, efficacy, adverse reactions and other aspects was explored and analyzed. To seek a scientific and exact theoretical basis for the treatment of phlegm and turbid syndrome of coronary heart disease by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine and improve the clinical application value. Methods:From December 2020 to March 2021,a total of 60 patients with phlegm turbidity syndrome of CHD were included, and randomly divided into western medicine control group and Chinese medicine experimental group, with 30 cases in each group.Western medicine treatment in the control group mainly included:reduces myocardial oxygen consumption(β-blockers),prevents platelet aggregation, reduces lipids and stabilizes plaques(statins),and expands the coronary artery to improve myocardial blood supply(nitrates). On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was additionalized with turbidization method of traditional Chinese medicine(with Dabuxin decoction as the basic formula),and the basic main formula was composed of Fructus Trichosanthis,Pinellia tuber,Citrus aurantii,Magnolia officinalis,Poria coco and Tangerine peel, and was additionalized according to the syndrome. The final treatment time of 2 groups of patients was 2 weeks. The TCM syndrome score and Seattle Angina Scale were scored before and after treatment, and the complement regulatory proteins(CD35,CD46,CD55,CD59)on the surface of monocytes and plasma of patients were detected before and after treatment, and detect the safety indicators such as liver and kidney function, blood routine, blood coagulation function during the course of taking the medicine and after stopping the medicine. All data were analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results:1.From the point of view of TCM syndrome integral,Chinese medicine treatment group and control group before and after treatment in patients with western medicine group comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05),and that the patient had symptoms were relieved after medication, but the treatment efficiency of two groups of treatment for gap, which western medicine effective rate of 63.33%in the control group, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group effective rate was 86.67%.2.According to the scores of Seattle Scale, there was statistical significance in the intra-group comparison between the Chinese medicine experimental group and the western medicine control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the levels of the five indicators of patients were improved, and there was statistical difference between the PL and DS after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group improved more significantly.3.There was no statistical significance in the changes of CD35 level on monocyte surface between the Chinese medicine experimental group and the western medicine control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, there was statistical significance within the two groups(P<0.05).Both treatments could increase the level of CD35 on the surface of monocytes.4.There was no statistical significance in the changes of CD46 level on monocyte surface between the Chinese medicine experimental group and the western medicine control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, there was statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Both treatment methods could increase the level of CD46 on monocytes surface.5.From the changes of CD55 level on monocytes, there was no statistical significance between the experimental group of Chinese medicine and the control group of western medicine before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, there was statistical significance within the two groups(P<0.05).Both treatments could increase the level of CD55 on the surface of monocytes.6.There was no statistical significance in the changes of CD59 level on monocytes between the Chinese medicine experimental group and the western medicine control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, there was no statistical significance in intra-group comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).7.Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in plasma CD35,CD46,CD55 and CD59 between the Chinese medicine experimental group and the western medicine control group(P>0.05).After treatment, there was still no statistical significance in plasma CD35 and CD46 between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there was a statistical difference between plasma CD55 and CD59 groups(P<0.05),and the levels of plasma CD55 and CD59 were more significantly increased in the experimental group. In addition, there were also statistically significant differences in plasma CD35,CD46,CD55 and CD59 between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that indexes in both groups were improved after treatment.8.There was no deterioration in blood routine, liver and kidney function and coagulation function indexes during and after drug withdrawal.Conclusion:1.Turbidity-removing method(addition and subtraction of Dabuxin Decoction)can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with phlegm-turbidity syndrome of coronary heart disease, and improve the quality of life and long-term prognosis.2.The therapeutic mechanism of turbidizing(modified and subtracted Dabuxin decoction)is related to the increase of complement regulatory protein in the body, the inhibition of overactivation of complement and the weakening of inflammation.3.No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of turbidizing(modified and subtracted Dabuxin decoction),indicating good clinical safety.
