The Effection Of Evodia Hot Ironing Therapy On Gastrointestinal Function Of Laparoscopic Surgery For Colorectal Cancer

Object iveSelect the postoperative early gastrointestinal function recovery of laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients for the intervention points, by treated with traditional Chinese medicine Evodia Hot ironing therapy as a research plan, to provide a reference for the ways to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer and further formation of TCM treatment characteristics of abdominal surgery operation period of rapid rehabilitation scheme, promote the operation after the rapid recovery of patients.MethodCollection of eligible patients were randomly divided into the treatment of Evodia Hot ironing group (30 cases) and routine treatment control group (30 cases) and conventional treatment group were given basic treatment, the patients in treatment of Evodia Hot ironing group are given hot ironing therapy on umbilical region (including Shenque, Tianshu point) by Evodia two times a day (9am,4pm), and 30 minutes each treatment, until the patients with defecation for 3 times, the observers truthfully record the first time of bowel sound recovery and anal exhaust defecation in patients, and fill in the record scale, combined with the clinical data of the patients, using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analyze the data, evaluate whether there is a improvement use of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine Evodia hot ironing therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Results69 cases of patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation were collected into this study,9 cases were excluded, finally,60 cases were meet the requirements,30 cases in treatment of Evodia Hot ironing group, male 17 cases, female 13 cases, and 30 cases in routine treatment control group,15 cases were male,15 were female; the oldest 75 years old, minimum 45 years old; all the patients were use tracheal intubation general anesthesia, anesthesia time in treatment group, for an average of 3.77 hours,3.76 hours for the control group average;the operation time of treatment group was 3.14 hours on average and 2.99 hours on routine treatment control group, two groups of patients were no significant difference in gender, age, anesthesia and surgery time aspect (P>0.05), signify two groups have comparability, the recovery time of bowel sound treatment group for an average of 25.67 hours and 37.23 hours in routine treatment control group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05);the first anal exhaust time of the treatment group was 41.60 hours on average, and 55.40 hours in routine treatment control group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05); the first defecation time in the treatment group was 86.57 hours on average, and 106.87 hours in routine treatment control group, the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine Evodia Hot ironing therapy have a positive impact on recovery postoperative gastrointestinal function for the patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.
