Objective:This study was to apply the evodia rutaecarpa plastering on Zusanli,Neiguan promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery for gastrointestinal malignancy,for the clinical application of evodia rutaecarpa acupoint to promote gastrointestinal malignant tumor provide basis for recovery of gastrointestinal function,for clinical provides a recovery of gastrointestinal function is simple,cheap and curative effect of Chinese medicine external treatment,to explore in the surgery of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation applications.Methods:The study is prospectie,randomized,single-blind,controlled,collect from March 2015 to February 2017 in the second surgery of gastrointestinal malignant tumor surgical procedure and show the qi stagnation and blood stasis,deficiency cold of spleen and stomach as the research object,by using the method of random distribution are divided into experimental group and the control group.Experimental group postoperatively based treatment and evodia rutaecarpa plastering on Zusanli,Neiguan;The control group only after foundation treatment.Foundation treatment including surgical routine postoperative nursing,postoperative fasting,ban drink,indwelling gastric tube gastrointestinal decompression,prevent infection and to maintain water and electrolyte acid-base balance,critically ill patients to parenteral nutrition support.Observed in patients with postoperative exhaust time,for the first time for the first time defecation time,give the total flow time and complications of cases.Since patients postoperative narcotic conscious observation and record,collecting data,sorting data and statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of two groups of patients before treatment baseline data(including gender,age,operation method and operation time),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the two groups of datacomparable;2.Compared to two sets of data,the statistical test,experimental postoperative exhaust time,for the first time defecation time and total flow time shorter than the control group.3.The statistical tests,the experimental group to promote gastrointestinal malignant tumor of the recovery of gastrointestinal function curative effect is superior to the control group.Conclusions:...
