Recently, studies showed that the incidence of autism-related data has rised rapidly. The global incidence of autism is about 0.02% according to WHO while the one in China is between 0.03% and 0.10%, so China has a estimate of nearly 12 million of autism children. So we could provide reliable new pure Chinese medicine treatment for autism, the clinical treatment of difficult diseases in the world.Research MethodsPart one, literature study:to collect ancient and related literature about Qi, Vigour, Jueyin and disease of Jueyin, mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine classic books like Book of Changes, Yellow Emperor, Nan Jing, Treatise on febrile and miscellaneous diseases, to trace the source,nature, development and the extension of the "Qi monism" and Jueyin, and to prototype and generalize the treatment theories and methods of autistic stereotyped movements based on the "Qi monism" and Jueyin.Part two, clinical observation:to collect autistic stereotyped movements cases from September 2013 to March 2016 that tutor Professor Lv Ying has treated by pure Chinese medicine based on the "Qi monism" and Jueyin, obvious stereotyped movements are required, there were 29 cases meet the standards. We assessed the children on CARS scale and frequency of their stereotyped movements before and after the treatment. Software SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the corresponding data statistically. Compare CARS scores and frequency of autistic stereotyped movements before and after treatment, analyze total efficiency and excellent therapeutic period.Part three, summary:to summarize tutor Professor Lv Ying’s main idea and decoctions of treating autistic stereotyped movements based on "Qi monism" and Jueyin. Floating and sinking are the ultimate change of yin and yang, while rising and falling are the process of the intercourse of yin and yang. Therefore, tutor Professor Lv Ying considers that floating and sinking are the origin of yin and yang, and floating and sinking are the usage of them. According to the "Heaven" theory, due to not conform to the laws of nature, we could have the disease, based on the primitive life, all mortal will get disease, where the disease are because of oneself. The Qi that humans born with congenital kidney (vigour, yuan yang) and acquired stomach constitute the stretch. Stomach and congenital kidney were acquired human life, the two mutually its roots.According to the five yun and six qi theory in Yellow Emperor, Jueyin corresponds to the eastern wind and wood of Jueyin, and refers to everything germination, the initial state. From the point of theory of yin and yang, Jueyin is the weakest phase of yangqi and the last link of the six meridian. "Person’s vigour, founded from kidney and germinate from liver", so Jueyin is the embodiment of the vitality, is the key to strong. For the theory of "Jueyin is the pivot", all kinds of Jueyin wind and wood disorder can be classified as Jueyin disease.Autism is a disease of three yin, its basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of Yuanyang and kidney qi, turbid Yin blinded brain orifices.
