Objective:The expression of Ig E and IL-17 by detecting the peripheral blood,to study of Ig E and IL-17 in nasal polyps and the development of the relationship between, and analyze the correlation between the two clinical and mechanism. Methods:In the case-control study, 40 cases of nasal polyps were selected as case group, and compared with 40 cases of healthy people as control group. The selected nasal polyps patients were treated by nasal endoscopy, nasal CT and postoperative pathology for nasal polyps. Two groups of subjects collected peripheral blood by 5m L.By using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method, which was used to detect the expression of Ig E and IL-17 in peripheral blood.By endoscopic sinus surgery with nasal polyps and functional endoscopic sinus surgery, and under strict aseptic operation, nasal polyps were collected resection of polyps.Using hematoxylin eosin staining to observe the eosinophils inflammatory cell infiltration.Patients were followed up for at least three months. Results :1、The expression of Ig E and IL-17 were both in peripheral blood of the observation group and the control group;Ig E in peripheral blood of patients with nasal polyps was(118.40±41.79) IU / m L, and the control group was(18.57±6.95) IU / m L.Ig E content in nasal polyp group which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and between the two groups had significant difference(t=20.89,P< 0.05);The IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with nasal polyps group was(12.82±4.37)pg/m L,and the control group was(3.20±1.49) pg/m L.The content of IL-17 in nasal polyp group was significantly higher than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=16.56,P<0.05).The average count of EOS in the nasal polyps of the patients in the case group was(11.25±3.85) /HP.2、Correlation analysis using Pearson linear correlation, the expression of Ig E and IL-17 were positively correlated(r=0.85, P<0.05).The expression of Ig E and IL-17 were positively correlated with EOS counts(r=0.96,P<0.05)(r=0.95,P<0.05).By Logistic analysis, Ig E and IL-17 were closely related to the recurrence of nasal polyps. Conclusion:The expression of Ig E in peripheral blood of patients with nasal polyps and IL-17 were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And their expression were positively correlated with eosinophils.there is an important relationship between the occurrence and development of Ig E and IL-17 with nasal polyps; The expression of the two genes showed significant positive correlation, indicating that the two play a synergistic role in the promotion of nasal polyps in the process of development;Ig E in the peripheral blood of elevated nasal polyps is a systemic allergic disease; The nasal surgery is easy to relapse, according to the increase of Ig E and IL-17 in the peripheral blood, preventive intervention on patients.
