The First Part of Animal Experiments:The Construction of a Three Dimensional Model For Normal Rabbit Heart Artery Vascular NetPurpose: Use the CT imaging techniques for three dimensional reconstruction of vascular networks after vascular casts in isolated rabbit hearts.Methods: Taking the measure of fixed infusion at their left and right coronary arteries after anesthesia to death of 4 rabbits.Filling material was the dive mixture of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and lead oxides within the dye,which concentration were 15%, 10% and 25%, respectively.Perfusion pressure was Volumetric compression ratio of 9ml/20 ml,perfusion for 4 days,afer 4 days later remove rabbit hearts and scanned them by 24-row helical CT.Complete three dimensional reconstruction by using CT software of MIP and VR. Place the perfusion specimens in concentrated hydrochloric acid for corrosion,and then clean the for maintenance.Compare the features of different concentrations of grouting materials casting specimens for blood vessels and three dimensional digital model of cardiac CT reconstruction.Results: The cardiovascular perfusion of 4 rabbits was completed and finally we got the intact cardiac vascular casts of them.CT scan could completely show blood vessel network morphology and anatomy of the hierarchy.While,when the concentrations of grouting materials was 20%,the casting mode was more visible and the form was more full than others.Conclusion: There is a certain impact on building cardiovascular model by using different concentration of grouting materials.Vascular perfusion combined with three dimensional imaging provide us some of basic theory and practical experience in constructing a complete cardiovascular screen casts and three-dimensional digital model of rabbits. The Second Part of Body Experiments:The Construction of a Three Dimensional Model For Normal Heart Artery Vascular NetPurpose: Take the measures of perfusion of normal human heart to build a heart artery vascular network model by the feasible mold concentrations of the above study.And use the CT imaging technique and optimization of three dimensional reconstruction technology to build a fitter heart structure in three dimensions,in order to facilitate reconstruction for cardiac anatomy.Methods: The specimens was a fresh male cadaver from CSU lab.Concentration 20% perfusion perfused into carotid artery.Perfusion pressure referred to Volumetric compression ratio(9ml/20ml).The perfusion time was three days.Take out the heart regularly for CT scan after complete perfusion.and using Mimics10.01 software to build the digital construction of the three dimensional model by the collected data from CT scan.Using Adaptive simulated annealing algorithm iterated to optimise the result of reconstruction.After the reconstruction, corroded and cleaned the specimen,then repaired the model and saved it.Results: Cardiac vascular cast specimens perfused smoothly,And then we used CT scans and mimics software clearly showed cardiac coronary artery digital three dimensional models.Model showed origin and trends of coronary artery and its anastomosis,and clearly reflect the number,the origin,the shape and the direction of sinus node artery and atrial-ventricular node artery.Surrounding structures also had a very good display.Three-dimension reconstruction model of arbitrary angles had a clear display.Mimics threshold segmentation played a good role in vessel reconstruction classification and the diameter characteristics.And it was also good for multi-angle observation of cardiovascular conditions.Afterreconstruction using Adaptive simulated annealing algorithm iterated over the result of optimization.Optimized error reduced less than 75%.Conclusion: Through cardiovascular perfusion,we successfully build a normal human coronary vascular network digital three-dimension model.Vascular cast, CT scans, and Mimics software plays an important role in studying the human anatomy of coronary network. Using adaptive simulated annealing algorithm to iterate over the result of optimization can greatly improve the fitting between the actual anatomy of the coronary anatomy and three dimensional reconstruction.It let the three-dimension reconstruction model with high accuracy.And it provides theoretical foundation for Heart digital research.
