Objective:his topic studies the patients characterized with scanty menstruation and asthenia of Kidney caused by intrauterine adhesions separation under hysteroscopy surgery. By comparing and objectively evaluating the therapeutic effects through different methods, we prospect to give help to postoperative patients of moderate caused by intrauterine adhesions.Methods:60 cases of patients in the" type of asthenia of Kidney typed with intrauterine adhesions are collected, and divided into the treatment group and control group 30 cases by random. Treatment group use Chinese medicine "yishen yangxue tiaomo tang" as basic formula and add the necessary parts according to different menstrual cycle and accompanied symptoms,3 months for a period of treatment.Control group:Pentanoic acid estradiol for daily oral use(once a day)from the first day to the 21st day, and add progesterone capsule 100 mg, bid, since the 15th d. Stop the two medicine simultaneously and began to take the next cycle on the 5th d. Treatment for 3 months as one course of treatment.we observe endometrial thickness, uterus, menstruation and other symptoms of TCM at the time before and after treatment of 2 groups of patients, comparing the difference between the two groups.Results:① Before treatment, the 2 groups of patients had no significant difference in age, course composition, illness state, thickness of endometrium, gynecological transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography+three-dimensional score as well as TCM score based on comparative statistics (P>0.05), suggesting that data of the two groups were comparable.② Compare the clinical effect, the treatment group was of 90.00% while the control group was of 86.67%. Comparison of both groups was of statistical significance(P<0.0 5).It showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the clinical effect.③ Compare menstrual conditions and other TCM scores before treatment, it could be found that the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05); compare menstrual conditions of both groups after treatment, it could be found that the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05); compare the other TCM scores, it could be found that the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). It showed that both groups could improve menstrual conditions and other TCMs. However, the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving menstrual conditions and other TCMs.④ Compare thickness of endometriumas well as gynecological transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography+ihree-dimensional score of the 2 groups of patients before and after treatm ent, it could be found that the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05); com pare thickness of endometriumas well as gynecological transvaginal color doppler ultrasono graphy+three-dimensional score of the 2 groups of patients after treatment, it could be fou nd that the difference was of no statistical significance (P>0.05). It showed that both groups could increase thickness of endometrium, prevent caused by intrauterine adhesio ns and hadno significant difference in curative effect. Conclusions:Use Yishen Yangxue Tiaomo Tang dialectically to treat patients suffering renal deficiency and hemophthisis-type hypomenorrhea moderate caused by intrauterine adhesion, such therapy had same curative effect as "artificial cycle" treatment in improving thickness of endometrium and preventing caused by intrauterine adhesions. However, the therapy had superior curative effect in clinical effect, improving menstrual conditions and other TCMs than that of "artificial menstrual cycle treatment", showing superiority of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation in treating the illness.
