Clinical Observation Of Yishenjianpi Yangxue Decoction On Patients With Kidney Anemia Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Qi

Objective:To explore the clinical observation of Yishen Jianpi Yangxue Decoction on the patients of kidney anemia with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi.Methods:1.In the light of inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients will be selected for treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Treatment plan: the control group was given routine treatment,the treatment group was given routine treatment + Yishen Jianpi Yangxue decoction.Course of treatment: 8 weeks.2.Laboratory indicators before and after treatment,,such as renal function,Ccr,blood routine,urine routine,serum C-reactive protein,serum IL-6 and other indexes,and were observed in the treatment group and the control group,and the difference in efficacy was analyzed according to the data records of time nodes before,4 and 8 weeks of treatment.3.For the two groups of patients with TCM symptoms,TCM syndrome score,through statistics to analyze the efficacy.Results:1.The total clinical effect was compared: according to the corresponding evaluation criteria,tthe total curative effect of the two groups of patients was calculated and compared as the effective rate,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of improvement was significantly higher in the treatment group.2.Observation and safety index: there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the test indexes after treatment,such as renal function(BUN,Scr),Ccr,blood routine(RBC,Hb,HCT),urine routine(Pro),CRP,etc.(P < 0.05),and prompt joint use of kidney spleen nourishing blood soup this group improve superior to conventional treatment group The liver function(ALT AST,ALB)and blood lipid(CHOL,TG)(P > 0.05)was meaningless of statistically significant.There haven not changed in stool routine,ECG and urinary ultrasound before and after treatment.3.Comparison of serum IL-6: the index value of serum IL-6 was recorded and analyzed with the corresponding detection method.Found statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved significantly higher.4.The TCM syndrome efficacy was Compared: according to the improvement of syndrome,the total effective rate was statistically significant(P = 0.002 < 0.05),and The treatment group than the control group improved better.5.Between two groups,make a comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms: the comparison of TCM symptoms after treatment between the two groups showed that the comparison of other symptoms was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.6.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: The two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group therapy is superior to the control group.Conclusion: Yishen Jianpi Yangxue decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients with renal anemia,spleen kidney qi deficiency syndrome,such as fatigue,low back,weak knees,short breath,lazy speech,pale or yellow face,little food,fullness of abdominal distention,lack of thirst,and fecal insufficiency,improve the renal function(BUN,Scr),Ccr,blood routine(RBC,Hb,HCT),urine routine(Pro),serum C-reactive egg White,.It can be reduced very well the concentration of IL-6in serum.It is suggested that Yishen Jianpi Yangxue decoction can effectively improve the anemia state and renal function of the patients,and it may inhibit the micro inflammation state in the blood by regulating the concentration of IL-6 in the serum,so as to improve the anemia state of chronic renal failure,.Meanwhile it can be better postpone the further aggravation of renal function and let patients having the higher qualitt of life.
