There is no statistical difference in the scar healing.satisfaction between observe group and control group (P>0.05)Conclusion:In the further distance of breast fibroadenoma. beside the areola incision can also achieve good operation effect, without increased intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain and related complications, postoperative patient satisfaction is high, which is a feasible and safe surgical procedure, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
