Objectives:Through retrospective analyzing the clinical datas of ovarian tumors and its postoperation ovarian development situation and files of follow-up visit.we will discuss Laparoscopic Surgery using value for ovarian tumors in children and its associated complications.Materials and Methods:There are 40 cases of ovarian cancer(Ovarian cysts, ovarian mature teratoma and both related complications)in Children’s Hospital Afifiliated to Soochow University from May 2010- May 2015,The clinical data of children with laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Age of patients,Clinical manifestations,Preoperative examination,Postoperative Fever,Operative time, start feeding time, total hospital days, ovarian tumors torsion, single or bilateral lesions, pathological type, etc. And make clinic follow-up visits(at least six months) to assess the state of development of ovarian surgery and postoperative recurrence or without, using the statistical data SPSS18 0 statistical software for data analysis.Result:All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery, no case of laparotomy.Preoperative 25 cases with abdominal pain, 6 cases of fever, 14 cases of vomiting, 1 case of irregular menstruation, 1 case of sexual precocity performance, three symptoms are finged in two cases. two symptoms are finged in 14 cases. The mean operative time 66±23 min, feeding time 26.8±8.99 h,Hospitalization 6.5 ± 4.85d;Surgery in 12 cases of ovarian reservations and 6 months later B ultrasonic test ovarian volume 1.01 ± 0.89 cm,Intraoperative exploration confirmed 15 cases of ovarian torsion, clockwise torsion nine cases, six cases of counter-clockwise torsion, in degrees ranging from 90 ° to 900 °, 5 cases in left side, 10 cases in right side. Reoperative AFP increased disease in 12 cases, 10 cases aged <1 year, 2 cases younger than 1.5 years, returned to normal level 6 months later, the other children with normal AFP level at preoperative.Only one patient had a fevel(T>38.5℃) within 24 hs,temperature dropped to normal after 48 hs.None of the postoperative ileus due to adhesion patients were readmitted, follow-up in six months there was no one recurrence of tumor.Conclusion:1:The laparoscopic technique in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian tumors and its complications is safe and effective.2:The incidence shows that treatments differ from ages for ovarian tumors.3: In the process caused by torsion of ovarian tumors, operators should do their best to preserve nomal residual ovarian.
