Comparing The Comfort Degree Of Tobr-Amycin-Dexamethasone Ointment And Tetracycline-Cortisone Ointment

Objective:To explore the effect of the comfort degree of Tobramycin-Dexamethasone ointment and Tetracycline-cortisone ointment.Methods:A total of 60 eyes in 30 patients were randomly divided into two groups in the department of Ophthalmology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from 2015 March to 2016 March. In Group A,15 patients used the Tobramycin-Dexamethasone ointment in single eye, while in Group B,15 patients used the Tetracycline-cortisone ointment during bedtime before operation. The patients sensation and tear break-up time were evaluated on the following day.Results:①1day after administration of this two kinds of eye ointment,the A group has 1 patient who felt discomfortableness of eye,the B group has 3 patient who felt discomfortableness of eye.②A group:the BUT of using ointment reduce (1.13±0.25),the BUT of no using ointment red-uce (0.80±0.31).Comparing the BUT reduction of no using ointment eye and using ointment eye, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).B group:the BUT of using ointment reduce(3.67±0.34),the BUT of no using ointment reduce (0.73±0.37).Comparing the BUT reduction of no using ointment eye and using ointment eye, the differences were st-atistically significant(P<0.05). A, B two groups of using ointment of BUT reduction comparison, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After administration of this two kinds of eye ointment, comparing Tetracycline-cortisone ointment, obramycin-Dexamethasone ointment make less effect in tear film and have higher degreed of comfort.
