| ObjectTo investigate the value of lung biopsy through ultrasound-guided peractaneous for organizing pneumonia.Methods Nineteen patients clinical data finally diagnosed as organizing pneumonia by lung biopsy through ultrasound-guided peractaneous from August2012 to December2016 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. To analysis the clinical features of organizing pneumonia and the application of lung biopsy through ultrasound-guided peractaneous for organizing pneumonia.Result The average age of 19 patients of organizing pneumonia was (60.7±2) years,the average time of onset was 2 months, The based clinical symptoms of cough, sputum, fever,crackles on auscultation in 9 cases. Clinical symptoms and laboratory tests showed no specificity.The imaging mainly showed high density patch in both lungs.6 cases with consolidation; 6 cases with nodules; 3 cases with lump Movies; 2 patients with reticular pattern; 2 patients with bronchogram; 1 case seen with eccentric. Reversed halo sign was not seen in all cases.All patients newly diagnosed did not consider organizing pneumonia. All patients successfully obtain specific pathology and diagnosis organizing pneumonia at the first time lung biopsy through ultrasound-guided peractaneous.Only one case complicated by a small pneumothorax with special treatment of self-absorbed.Eighteen patients improved after glucocorticoid treatment.Only 1 case discharged on their own without glucocorticoid treatment.conclusion The infection symptoms are not obvious, poor effect of antibiotic treatment, imaging showed subpleural patchy or massive lesion, should be considered for organizing pneumonia.The ultrasound-guided peractaneous needle lung biopsy can be used as the first diagnosis method for organizing pneumonia with significant lesions under pleural. Glucocorticoids have a significant effect on organizing pneumonia.once diagnosed, early to glucocorticoid treatment is necessary. |
