| Objective:through the Korean medical< Wanjin Wenwu decoction> add and subtract of Taiyin persons with type 2 diabetes mellitus (type of deficiency of both qi and Yin) the clinical curative effect analysis, toward medicine in the treatment of the validity and clinical value of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and Korean medicine treats this sickness to provide scientific basis for evaluation.Methods:from January 2014 to January 2016 period, Yanbian Korean medical hospital and Yanbian Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient and inpatient admitted lunar patients with type 2 diabetes in 60 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, two groups were treated with basic treatment (basic knowledge of diabetes education, individualized nutrition therapy and exercise therapy). The control group were treated with metformin,0.5g/ time,3 times/day; the treatment group in the control group on the basis of taking decoction (Hai Songzi 12g, Ge Gen20g, Huang Qin 12g, Gao Ben 12g, Tian Mendong 6g, Mai Mendong 6g, Jie Geng 6g,BaiZhi 6g, Da Huang6g, Sheng Ma6g, LaiFuzi6g) the treatment of.4 weeks for 1 courses,3 courses of treatment, to observe the changes of clinical symptoms and statistical analysis compared the fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, TCM Symptom score and other indicators of the changes, according to the efficacy criteria, evaluation of efficacy.Results:the total efficiency:treatment group was better than that of the control group (P< 0.05); clinical symptoms:treatment group improve clinical symptoms was significantly better than in the control group (P < 0.05); blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin:two groups can decrease FBG,2hPG, HbAlc, treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group the efficacy of higher (P< 0.05); blood lipid: treatment group can significantly regulate the abnormal changes of blood lipid, the improvement effect is better than that of control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:the Korean medical< Wanjin Wenwu decoction> combined with western medicine in the treatment of Taiyin persons with type 2 diabetes curative effect, in the control of blood glucose, improve the clinical symptoms and is superior to that of simple western medicine treatment. |
