| Purpose:To explore the correlation of Type 2 diabetic patients among bone mineral density(BMD) and carotid artery atherosclerosis in Yanbian area. According to the results to provide the theory basis of Evidence-Based Medicine to slow down or prevent the trend of complication.Methods:To select the type 2 diabetes patients what have confirmed now that were hospitalized from January,2015 to January,2016 as the objects of researched to make a retrospective analysis.In total 660 cases,male 432,female 228,Han Chinese 355 people,the Korean nationality 305 people,and healthy people(216cases) who do the physical examination in the Affiliated the objects of study.To record age, gender, nationality, body mass index, smoking history, drinking history, duration of diabetes, fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2hours blood glucose (PBG),total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),etc.Bone mineral density is determined by quantitative ultrasonic bone density apparatus.Carotid intima-media thickness(IMT).Results:l.The level of BMD with healthy people is 0.48(-0.45,0.98) is higher than the type 2 diabetes patients is-0.9 (-1.93,0.47); 2.The prevalence of CAS with type 2 diabetes patients were significantly higher than that of the healthy people;3.The peak of CAS appeared in the old,especially the men;4.Statistical analysis showed that the type 2 diabetes patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis were correlation with age、sex、BMI、smoking、sporting and the history of diabetes;Conclusion:1.The level of BMD in type 2 diabetes patients were lower than the healthy people.2.The prevalence of carotid artery atherosclerosis among the type 2 diabetes patients were higher than the healthy people;3.the.Statistical analysis showed that age、sex、BMI、smoking history were made a difference on BMD and IMT;4.Bone mineral density(BMD) was negative correlation with carotid artery atherosclerosis... |
