Study On The Situation And Countermeasures Of Hospice In Nanning

Objective in this study, to invest the situation of hospice about medical personnel and the public in Nanning City, to understand medical personnel engaged in hospice care will, cognition and attitudes and people’s cognition, needs and attitudes by the status quo; and to realize current situation of the development of hospice in Nanning City. By to exploring the hospice implementation problems in Nanning, just to put forward to some countermeasures, in order to provide the research ideas for the development of hospice care in Nanning.Methods 450 medical workers in Nanning city of were questionnaire survey, understanding their demand, cognition and attitude who devote themselves to the hospice. We select randomly selected the 450 members of the general public, to understand the attitude of the hospice care intend. Use SPSS to collect data for processing, and to investigate the results of chi square test and correlation analysis.Results the results of the public’survey of hospice care:40.2% respondents to the public is willing to accept hospice care; in the aspect of hospice attitudes, in 388 respondents, only 27.3% is the understanding of hospice care, by the survey found that the more accepted understanding of Pro terminal care hospice people easier; 28.4% of the respondents hope to hospice care in the community health institutions; in the hospice care knowledge evaluation results:47.9% of respondents believe that it is necessary to learn the knowledge of hospice care, and more about hospice care, the more that should learn more knowledge of hospice palliative care. The public understand the way mainly concentrated in the network, medical staff, books and periodicals, most of the investigation support the medical institutions of hospice care.Medical personnel of hospice care survey results:58.3% of the medical staff is willing to be engaged in the hospice care; the investigation found that the medical personnel of hospice care knowledge mainly comes from the textbook and teaching; medical personnel of hospice care knowledge part 13 questions, a total of 13 points, the calculation of medical personnel of hospice care score was 9.15±1.38 to patients with death and dying attitude score was 2.97±0.85, to treat patients and their families to implement the hospice care attitude score 2.73±0.76 of hospice support score was 2.32± 0.76, the knowledge of self-assessment score is 2.41±0.50.40.6% of medical staff believe that the hospital has the basic ability to carry out hospice care.Difficulties in hospice care:the majority of people believe that the government’s attention to hospice care, investment funds, the professional team is equipped, the level of knowledge of the staff are inadequate.Conclusion:most ordinary citizens have demand of hospice care; investigation found that public attitudes to the hospice care:the level of understanding of hospice care is affecting hospice accept is one of the most important factors, the level of understanding of hospice care is affecting hospice accept is one of the important factors; citizens of hospice care cognition aspect:the public willingness to learn the knowledge of hospice care; medical staff is other people to understand the important way of hospice care; and there is a need for hospice care education and death education.Most of the staff are willing to participate in the hospice care; medical staff awareness of hospice care:medical personnel of hospice care basic knowledge of master better; medical personnel lack of pain control knowledge; medical personnel of hospice care knowledge sources single; medical personnel of hospice care attitude aspects:most of the staff to accept the objective law of death; most of the staff is aware of the significance of hospice care, positive attitude to the hospice care; psychological pressure is reluctant to engage in the hospice care is one of the important reasons.Most medical institutions have the basic conditions to carry out hospice care; hospice care into the medical insurance is the common aspiration of medical staff, patients and family members.
