Objective:To discuss the clinical application of computer navigation with XLIF in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods:Summarized and analyzed retrospectively 55 patients in our hospital who received the surgical treatment of lumbar XLIF, including navigation group of 25 patients and control group 30 patients who have no navigation.Using epidemiological statistical analysis method, comparison VAS and JOA scores between the two groups of preoperative and postoperative, intraoperative X-ray radiation, operating time and so on. Concluded the clinical application of computer navigation with XLIF.Results:The navigation group’s average operation time was (84.73±25.84)min,intraoperative blood loss for (107.40±25.72)ml, intraoperative X-ray radiation is (6.22±1.85) times; The control group’s average operation time was (101.68±37.35) min, intraoperative blood loss for ml (136.84±34.92)ml, intraoperative X-ray radiation is (55.70±22.47) times. The navigation group had a significantly reduced in intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy time than the control group. The operation time and blood loss during surgical treatment were less in the navigation group than the control group.VAS and JOA scores of navigation group were:Postoperative 1 month, the VAS scores from 7.34±2.05 to 2.91±1.55, JOA scores from 6.87±2.24 to 12.38±2.50. The group have no navigation scores were:the VAS scores from 7.22±1.94 to 2.82±1.43, JOA scores from 7.32±1.95 to 11.94±2.62.The navigation group and the control group have no difference between the scores and postoperative scores, both of them got obvious improvement than preoperative. The side effects in the navigation group was 16%,when that was 23.3% in the control group. Conclusion:Computer navigation aided with XLIF in treating lumbar degeneration can obviously reduce the intraoperative X-ray fluoroscopy, and the surgical treatment had a reliable curative effect, higher safety and slighter trauma surgery, it deserves to be used for clinical application and popularization.
