Objective:To discuss the treatment effect of degenerative lumbar disease by means of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion via expansile channel. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 60 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervetebral disc in Spinal joint surgery of Shengjing hospital of China Medical University, which were treated with minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion or unilateral pedicle screw fixation combined with lumbar interbody fusion or bilateral pedicle screw fixation combined with lumbar interbody fusion.MIS-TLIF group have 20 people, the average age of them is 50.9± 10.2 years(range,31-68 years)and the number of men and women are 8 and 12.Unilateral fixation group have 20 people, the average age of them is 54.6±7.4 years(range,41-72 years)and the number of men and women are 6 and 14.Bilateral fixation group have 20 people, the average age of them is 52.3±14.1 years(range,21-75 years)and the number of men and women are 13 and 7.Recorded the volume of intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative drainage and therapeutic effect were evaluated by using Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI).Results:The volume of postoperative drainage, intraoperative blood loss and the postoperative ambulation time of unilateral fixation group were less than the other two groups, which has statistically significant differences.Last follow-up showed ODI score of MIS-TLIF group was 15.70±4.07,VAS score of MIS-TLIF group was 0.75±0.64;ODI score of unilateral group was 16.60±3.68,VAS score of unilateral group was 1.40+0.82;ODI score of bilateral group was 16.70±3.63,VAS score for bilateral group was 1.20±0.62.Among three groups, the differences had no statistical significance, but the preoperative scores was improved significantly and has statistically significant differences. Conclusion:Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion via Quadrant channel is beneficial to reduce the intra-operative blood loss, postoperative drainage and postoperative ambulation time。...
