Objective Evaluation of low temperature analgesic efficacy and safety of the liquid Local injections in the postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Choose into standard,40 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia patients randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group. Two groups all use conventional drugs the Local injections treatment of joint pain and skin lesion area, nerve block 1 time every 2,3 times for a period of treatment, a course of treatment.Analgesic solution formula of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride injection 5ml+vial armour prednisolone 40mg+armor cobalt amino sodium succinate injection of 0.5mg+0.9%sodium chloride injection 33ml.The experimental group (group A) analgesic solution for (4±1)℃ low temperature liquid; The control group (group B) analgesic solution for (24±1)℃ room temperature. In patients with NRS≥4 to acetaminophen or oxycodone piece 1 piece of oral, can be repeated every 6 hours for 1 times.Record A, B two groups of patients before (Do),7 days treatment (D1) and 14 days (D2) of NRS score, MOS scale of sleep (MOS-SS) score, depression self rating scale (SDS) evaluation and self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS); Record before every line of Local injections (To) and started to block 5 minutes (T1),10 minutes (T2),15 minutes (T3) block area of the skin temperature;Recording the whole course in the light of adverse reactions and acetaminophen for each patient the total dosage of oxycodone tablets. Results LA, B groups of patients before treatment, the basic data and the observation indexes had no statistical difference (P>0.05).2. Two groups of NRS score changes over time are declining, which compared with Do, Di, D2 NRS score two group were reduced, D2 lowest, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).D1, D2, NRS, SAS, SDS scores of A group were lower than group B, MOS-SS scores higher than that of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).3. A set of skin temperature T1 than other observation point is reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Skin temperature in each observation point B group were no significant difference (P>0.05). T, skin temperature of group A is B significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In other observation point, skin temperature the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).4.A group of patients with acetaminophen oxycodone tablets dosage less than group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. Two groups of patients compare the incidence of adverse reactions, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Analgesia in low temperature liquid skin nerve block in the treatment of PHN can obviously relieve pain, reduce the patients with depression, anxiety state, improve sleep quality, reduce opioid acetaminophen oxycodone tablets dosage, is a safe and effective treatment method..
